Introduce yourself
Good afternoon, dear professors. It's my honor to be here for the interview. My name is HuangHe,24 years old. In july,2013, I graduated from Zhejiang University majoring in energy engineering. Then I found a job in the institute for Thermal Power Engineering as a research associate in the group of professor Cheng Shaoan. During this time, I researched on wastewater treatment by Microbial Fuel Cells. And in June,2014, after serious thought, I decided to resign from the job and go back to Shenzhen, my hometown. On one hand, I seek a temporary job as a physics teacher in the education organization. On the other hand, I was preparing for the postgraduate examination in Shenzhen library.
Although I have been graduated from my University for almost two years, thanks for the research experience in the Institute for Thermal Power Engineering, I has kept a research thinking until now. The experience also improved my experiment skills such as critical review of literatures, experiment design ,instrument assembly and data processing. So, I believe I am qualified for the research work.
For the reason that I want to engage in the study of waste disposal or utilization biomass energy, I come back to the Institute for Thermal Power Engineering. I hope I can have a chance to fulfill my dream.

Professor Cheng is quiet good at academic .But I think solid waste disposal and biomass energy are quiet potential research fields. As well as I was interested in these fields just before my graduation. This time I come back to the Institute for thermal energy engineering, I decide to choose what attract me more.

用热电偶测量炉膛出口的烟气温度，有哪些因素会引起误差?对此可采取哪些措施? 答：热电偶测温产生误差的原因主要有两个：（1）由于热电偶本身向根部导热引起的；（2）由于热电偶与周围冷表面辐射传热造成的。

针对上述两个原因，有效措施为：（1）热电偶的插入深度足够长，第一种测温误差即可避免；（2）采用抽气遮热罩式热电偶，减少热电偶的辐射散热量。
