设备适用于标称系统电压3~10kV，额定电流4000A及以下，额定频率50Hz的单母线或单母线分段三相交流户内配电系统，用于接收和分配电能，并对电路实行控制、保护及监测。

YPT系列电动机产品样本说明书

一、概述：YPT系列电动机是根据市场需要，自行研制的高压变频调速三相异步电动机，是我公司是我厂为适应国内外工业发展的新趋势，而开发的高效率节能产品．电动机性能接近或达到国外先进水平，防护等级为IP44或IP54，并可通过防腐防霉工艺处理，派生出户外（Ｗ）及户外防腐（ＷＦ）电机。

该系列电动机以变频器做为电源供电，具有简化设备,节省投资,降低能耗等优点。

本系列电动机运用了计算机优化设计，采用了新材料、新工艺、具有效率高、噪声低、振动小、重量轻、可靠性高，安装维修方便等优点。

该系列产品主要适用于石油、水泥、化工、煤炭、电站、冶金、交通运输纺织、医药、粮食加工等行业中的风机、水泵、轧钢机、卷曲机、平整机、切屑机床、运输机械等通用机械设备或其它类似机械设备。

用户在选用额定转速时（额定频率）是任意的，没有规律可循。

所以，本样本给出额定频率为50Hz 时的功率及与机座号的对应关系，同时给出不同额定频率时功率与机座号对应关系的计算办法供用户选择。

本系列电动机可以替代进口同类产品，从电动机性能参数及安装尺寸等均能满足国产化要求，性能好，使用可靠。

二、结构特点电动机机座由钢板焊接而成，采用国际上流行的箱式结构。

重量轻、刚度好。

由机座、端盖和顶罩组合为基本防护型式IP44、IP54。

电动机外壳防护等级为IP44(即能防止直径大于1mm的固体物进入电动机内部), 或IP54(即能防止固体粉尘进入电动机内部)；两种防护等级都能防止溅水进入电动机内部。

我厂也可根据用户的要求制成其他防护形式的电动机,具体情况可签订相关技术协议。

定子铁芯与机座采用外压装结构，卸开顶罩便可维护. 定子绕组采用F级绝缘结构，定子绕组由槽楔固定在定子槽内，并经过真空压力整浸无溶剂漆处理，使得定子绕组具有良好的电性能和防潮性能。

不但制造维护方便，而且重量轻，刚度好。

中型电机转子采用焊幅筋结构，大型转子采用套筒支架结构,很好地保证了转子的机械强度和转子通风面积。
