Today my teaching topic is “Lesson 1 A Perfect Day?”. I am going to introduce my lesson from the following aspects:1. Analysis of teaching materialsThis lesson is from Senior high school English compulsory 1 of Beijing Normal University Press,unit one, lesson one—A Perfect Day? This lesson is about two different lifestyles—a couch potato and a workaholic. Through the study of this lesson, students can be aware that we should form good habits and healthy lifestyles.2. Analysis of studentsOur students are Senior high school students from the first grade. They are interested in the new topic. After many years of English learning, they’ve known many words, sentences and some skills to solve English problems. But they can’t use it to express themselves and communicate with others fluently. So in this period, I would arrange a variety of activities to help them take part in the class and improve their language using abilities.3. Bob is always very busy with meetings and phone calls, and some other urgent matters. And in the evening he has to do some paperwork and answer personal e-mails. 教学背景分析
教学内容:
本课是北师大版《初中英语》八年级下册教材第一单元第一课,该单元的话题为科技与未来,本课主题是未来的学校。

本节是第一课中的第一课时,是一节阅读课。

阅读材料的题目
是明天的学校。

作者从教师、课堂与教室、教材和作业四个方面,对未来学校可能发生的科
技发展做了大胆的预想。

文章对未来学校的描写非常细致,其中内容与学生的生活息息相关。

学生情况:
授课对象为南口铁中初二(2)班的学生,整个班级的同学对英语学习持有积极的态度.因为学生已在上一节课中学过本课新单词,所以大部分学生对文章的理解不存在太大问题,
并且能从简单的文章中找出有关信息,回答问题。

而且本单元以及本课的话题都是学生所熟
悉并且非常感兴趣的,学生非常容易将自己的生活背景与已知信息带入到课文的学习和之后
的小组活动中。

此外,因为班里学生性格都比较活泼好动,动手能力比较强,所以学生对于
小组中的交流活动非常感兴趣。

但因为学生的听说能力普遍偏弱,所以在指令下达以及口语
表达方面尚需一定语言作为支撑。

教学方式:PWP阅读方法,CLT教学法,问答法。
