第五册是小学阶段的承上启下的一册,它的特点是在注重新知识学习的同时,将以往学过的语言知识,有针对性地进行了复习巩固。
本节课的语言功能是描述客观存在的物品及数量。
学生通过对there be句型的学习,达到正确熟练运用这一功能句型去描述日常生活中都有哪些物品以及物品的数量。
本课内容贴近孩子们的生活,所以他们比较感兴趣,也较易于掌握。
1.知识目标:a. 学习、理解单词:stone、animal、elephant、horseb. 掌握目标语句:How many…are there?There is a/an…. There are …(s).2. 能力目标:运用所学句型进行对话表演和口语交际,激发学生学习英语的兴趣,培养学生学习英语的能力。
3.情感目标:通过形式多样的教学活动使学生对英语学习有持续的兴趣和爱好,培养学生勇于用英语思考用英语会话的良好素质4..重点:能听懂并会回答目标语句:How many…are there?There is a/an…. There are …(s).5.难点:能够灵活运用目标语句描述客观存在的物品及数量。
本课教学我通过任务型教学途径,采用了多媒体辅助教学法、情境教学法、翻译法、视听法、全身反应法等完成了教学任务。

二、学情分析本节课的教学对象是三年级上学期的学生。
三年级的学生活泼好动,对运动这一主题较感兴趣,且积累了一定的词汇量,具备一定的听说能力。
但是be going to句型对学生来说第一次接触,理解并能归纳出be going to 的用法,并且熟练运用对学生来说有一定难度。
所以要扎实教学。
三、教学目标1、语言技能(1)听:①能够在图片及动画的帮助下听懂课文内容;②能够听懂简单的英语问题③能在身体语言的辅助下听懂老师简单的课堂指令并作出反应。
(2)说:全体学生能说:I’m going to…来描述将来的行为和状态。

大部分学生对英语学习保持较浓厚的兴趣,乐于参与英语学习,积极合作;乐于了解外国文化和习俗;能听懂常用指令和要求并做出适当的反应;能借助图片、图像、手势听懂简单的话语或录音材料;能认读所学词语,能根据拼读的规律,读出简单的单词;能正确朗读所学故事或短文;能就日常生活话题作简短叙述;能够根据图片、词语或例句的提示,写出简短的描述。
但很多学生在进行自主学习时需要进一步积极探索适合自己的英语学习方法,如怎样有效掌握学习的重点和难点,注意通过音像资料丰富自己的学习,使用简单的工具书查找信息,注意生活中和媒体上所使用的英语,能初步利用图书馆或网络上的学习资源等学习策略。
课堂教学要多与实际生活联系,创造生活化的语言环境,让学生在语境中更好地理解课文,同时采取小组合作学习的方式加强生生合作与互动,通过任务驱动,鼓励学生在真实的情景中运用所学语言,让学生在大胆实践和积极参与的过程中,培养其积极的情感态度和提高其自主学习的能力。

预习) Step1 Warmer: 1. Review the continuous tense. Mime actions and ask What am I doing? The class responds. 2. The class continues this activity in pairs. 3. Hold up your book to show the children the correct page. 2. Ask the children to look at the page and to guess as much information about what is happening in the story. 3. The children listen and follow in their books. 5. Play the cassette again, pausing after each dialogue and perform an action to aid comprehension, e.g. eating noodles with chopsticks, performing taijiquan movements, chess movements, eating movements with knives and forks, etc. 6. Repeat. This time pause for the children to carry out the indicated movements. 7. Divide the class into two groups, with each group taking on a role in the story, either Amy or Daming. 8. Encourage the whole class to say the dialogue, with each group saying its corresponding role. Step 3: Activity book: 1. Look at the pictures and unjumble the words. 1. Ask the children to look at each outline picture and say the corresponding word. 2. Then ask them to unjumble the letters and write each word correctly on the lines provided.
