2 非侵入设计,免开盖调试 DK/DKM多回转系列智能型电动执行器的现场操作采用了非侵入式的双层结构设计。旋钮操作由 磁钢和隔离在机壳内的霍尔传感器来实现。 工作参数设置、系统状态查询均可通过“操作旋纽” 或 “红外设定器”完成,无需打开电气罩,使得环境中的灰尘、潮气等有害物质不能进入执行器 的内部,极大的提高了电气控制部分的可靠性和安全性。

维护与检查 危险

和谐5型内燃机车美国中国中华人民共和国铁道部HXN5型柴油机车是中国铁路的柴油机车车型之一,由南车戚墅堰机车有限公司及美国通用电气公司(GE)共同研制,该型机车是在通用电气公司为北美市场提供的“创新”系列柴油机车和AC6000CW型柴油机车基础上,根据中国铁路技术规范改进设计而成6000马力交流传动货运柴油机车,机车轴式Co-Co,轴重25吨,采用单司机室外走廊车架承载结构车体、“GEVO-16”电子喷射柴油机、IGBT 牵引变流器、“CCA”微机控制系统等技术,可在平直线路上单机牵引5,000吨货运列车,最高运用速度为120公里。
发展历史背景自2003年刘志军出任中华人民共和国铁道部部长后,提出并实施铁路“跨越式发展”,以尽快缩小在铁路机车车辆装备上与国际先进水平的差距。
2003年11月,中国铁道部与中国南车、北车集团及其重点企业共同制定了《加快铁路机车车辆装备现代化实施纲要》,并选择了6家机车制造企业作为引进先进技术和自主创新依托的主体。
2004年1月,中国国务院常务会议通过了《中长期铁路网规划》;2004年4月,国务院常务会议研究通过的铁路机车车辆装备现代化实施方案明确指出,“加快我国铁路运输装备现代化,要按照引进先进技术、联合设计生产、打造中国品牌的总体要求,力争在较短时间内,使我国机车车辆生产能力达到世界先进水平”[1][2]。
根据国务院确立的上述方针,中国国家发改委与铁道部于2004年7月联合下达了《大功率交流传动电力机车技术引进与国产化实施方案》,正式开始了新型交流传动大功率机车的采购过程。
引进2003年,中国南车集团戚墅堰机车车辆厂被中国铁道部列为铁路装备行业技术引进重点扶持的六强企业之一,在铁道部的协调下,戚墅堰机车车辆厂选定了美国通用电气公司(GE)作为合作伙伴,并进行广泛接触和交流,在从技术转让到人员培训等种种细节方面达成共识。
2004年10月28日,中国技术进出口总公司《大功率交流传动内燃机车采购和技术引进项目》询价书正式发标。

6B机组简要说明
机组结构简要说明 PG6581B 快装式燃气轮机电站的主体由控制室、 燃气轮机间和负载设 备三大部分组成。 燃气轮机间(以下简称燃机间)装有燃气轮机及其辅机。所有这些设 备均装在一个大型的工字钢焊接底盘上,底盘上装有防风雨、隔音、 隔热罩壳。罩壳上有门、通风窗及可拆除的罩顶,便于设备的检查和维 修。室内设有消防系统。 燃气轮机由 17 级的轴流压气机、3级透平和 10 个分管式燃烧室组成。 燃机间的前端也称辅机间,其作用是容纳燃气轮机运行所需要的 各种 辅助设备,主要的有润滑油系统 、油箱(辅机间底盘内腔)、冷油器、 起动及盘车系统、辅助齿轮箱、燃料系统、就地仪表盘、液压油系统 等。 控制室为一个装有空调的独立隔间 ,位于辅机间前方并与辅机间成一 直线。控制室内容纳具有控制、指示和保护功能的设备,主要有轮机 控制盘、发电机控制盘、发电机保护盘及马达控制中心。

伊朗德黑兰萨德尔公路用DP501000型架桥机起吊天车的研制与应用
摘 要 :伊朗德黑兰萨德尔公路(SADR HIGHWAY PROJECT)高架桥部分工况具有平曲线半 径小、纵坡大等特点。该项目所使用的架桥机及起吊天车由我公司从国内提供,依据节段拼装架桥 机设备总体规划,为使整机结构紧凑、功能明确,同时满足集装箱海运的运输要求,整套装备适应 复杂工况施工的功能大部分通过起吊天车得以实现。我公司研制的 DP50/1000 型架桥机起吊天车 在该项目上成功应用,并为今后类似工况及出口装备的研制,提供了坚实的理论依据及实践经验。
电气系统:DP50/1000 型节段拼装架桥机天车主要共 有 4 种由电气参与完成动作的机构:起升机构、天车纵移机 构、旋转吊具机构、天车横移机构。其中起升机构、天车纵 移机构均采用变频驱动,变频调速装置为三菱 FR-A740 系 列产品,起升电机的驱动采用 2 台 55kW 变频器,天车走 行电机的驱动采用 1 台 55kW 变频器。旋转吊具机构和天 车横移机构采用液压油缸实现动作。机构的操作方式可为遥 控操作和面板操作两种。遥控操作指的是使用遥控器进行机 构的运行。运行分为重载低速和空载高速两种模式,每种模 式下对应四段速度。面板操作为遥控器系统故障后的应急操 作,默认为低速模式。

The IEC equivalent of the C20 ANSI class currenttransformer (50:5 CT with 5VA class, 10P20, 5 A) is acceptable.CTs shall be suitable for the specified environmental conditions.Exception:Motors controlled with Adjustable Speed Drives shall not be equippedwith current transformers for differential protection.3.6.4Partial Discharge Monitors3.6.4.1 Partial discharge equipment, consisting of capacitive couplers, outputsignal wires, and auxiliary PD signal terminal box, shall be installed onall 13.2 kV and above rated motors.Exceptions:Partial discharge monitoring can be deleted if approved by the Companyor Buyer representative with the concurrence of the Proponent orChairman, Motors & Generators Standards Committee.3.6.4.2 Three 80 pf epoxy mica capacitive couplers shall be permanentlymounted inside the main terminal box, one for each phase, covered withinsulation boots.3.6.4.3 Auxiliary partial discharge signal terminal box shall be mounted on ornear the main terminal box.3.8 Vibration Detectors3.8.1 Horizontal motors rated in excess of 750 kW (1,000 HP) and equippedwith hydrodynamic radial bearings shall be provided with two non-contacting vibration probes in each radial bearing housing and one eventper revolution (key phasor) probe.3.8.2 Motors equipped with hydrodynamic radial and hydrodynamic thrustbearings shall be provided with two non-contacting vibration probes ineach radial bearing housing, two axial position probes and one event perrevolution (key phasor) probe.3.8.3 Vertical motors driving pumps shall have two velocity transducersmounted on or as close as practicable to the top bearing housing. Onetransducer shall be mounted on the axis of the pump suction/dischargenozzles and the other at 90 degrees to this axis.
