教学⽬标:
1)语⾔⽬标:
1.能够初步识记和正确熟练掌握和运⽤本课单词和短语。

treasure,island,page,classic,hurry,due,yet,already,full of,hurry up,2.掌握重点句型:
1)Have you read Treasure Island yet?
—Yes,I have./No,I haven’t..
I’ve already finished reading it. It was really good.
2)技能⽬标:
1.能听懂语⾔材料,掌握听的技巧;把握听⼒⼤意,并能做出相应练习.
2.通过谈论书中名著内容,能够尝试使⽤现在完成时来谈论⼀些经典的英语⽂学作品,并做简单的评价,如:It’s fantastic.
3.能模仿录⾳正确朗读和表演教材上的对话并能模仿⽬标语的结构和语调进⾏初步表达(会话)。

如:
A: Have you read Little Women? B: Yes, I have. A: What’s it about? : It’s about four sisters growing up. / It’s about a boy who lives in the United Kingdom. 等。

3)情感⽬标:通过开展⾓⾊表演等活动,使学⽣学会⽤乐观的态度⾯对⽣活,培养他们勇于战胜困难的信⼼,并相互分享读书的快乐。

并且⿎励学⽣扩⼤阅读量,培养学⽣阅读兴趣。

通过本单元的阅读,培养学⽣的⽂学鉴赏能⼒,陶冶思想情操。

教学重点1现在完成时的构成和⽤法。

2理解yet , already的含义。

教学难点初步理解already, yet在现在完成时中的⽤法
Step 1 Learn the new words
treasure, island, classic, page,hurry, due
1. treasure n. 珠宝,财(不可数名词);珍藏品(可数名词)
e.g. They went there to look for treasure. 他们去那⼉寻宝。

This museum has many art treasures. 这家博物馆收藏了许多艺术珍
2. island n. 岛(可数名词) e.g. an island ⼀个岛屿Treasure Island 宝岛
3. classic n. 名著;经典著作(可数名词)
e.g. I like reading classics. 我喜欢阅读名著。

4. page n. 页(可数名词) e.g. five pages 5页on page 5 在第五页上
5.hurry v. 匆忙,赶快
词组:in a hurry (n.) 匆忙地
hurry to do sth. 匆忙地做某事;
hurry to+地点匆忙地赶到某地;
hurry up 快点赶快
6.due adj. 预定;预期;预计
后边引出预期的时间、地点等,还常常构成短语be due (to do something)或be due (for something)。

e.g. The plane is due at London at five. 飞机定于五点到达伦敦。

I am due to speak tomorrow. 我预定明天讲话。

You are due for a medical examination next month. 你的⾝体检查预定在下个⽉。

短语:due to 由于 e.g. a mistake due to carelessness 由于粗⼼⽽犯的错误
Step 2lead-in情景导⼊
T:Do you like reading books? Which classic have you read? What’s it about? Why do you like it? Now please introduce one of your favorite classics to your partners in your group.
看图,导⼊新课话题,感受⽬标语⾔。

1.First, look at the pictures. Please watch and read. Then, answer the following questions.
2.Q: What can you see in the pictures?
Can you guess who they are?
Which picture do you like best?
2.引导学⽣读图,通过图⽚猜测作品讲述的内容。

3.引导学⽣将图和书名匹配并尝试⽤英语表达书名.T: Have you read these books? (出⽰六部⽂学作品的有关图⽚) Step 3 Listening
听前活动。

读图,猜测作品⼤意,为听⼒活动做铺垫。

1.教师再次呈现Treasure Island, Oliver Twist, Robinson Crusoe和Tom Sawyer的图⽚。

2.教师询问:Who has read the book Treasure Island / Oliver Twist…? What does it talk about? 3.教师⽤同样的⽅式询问其他三部作品。

4.让学⽣选择⼀本书并观察书本的封⾯,⽤⼀到两句话说⼀说或猜⼀猜书本的⼤致内容。

在语境中听辨对话所谈及的⽬标语。

Step 5 Reading 2d Role –play the conversation
1.教师导⼊对话语境:Do you often read English books?
Which book have you already read? What’s it about?
师⽣进⾏简单的交流。

试读对话,明确对话内容。

Read 2d loudly by yourself。

教师引出Amy 和Steve,并追问:What books have they read? Let’s read and find out.
2)Listen and repeat after the tape
2.细读对话,回答有关问题。

3).仿照课本2d的对话,谈论本节课出现的其他经典⽂学作品
Step 6 Language points and summary
1. Oliver Twist is about a boy who goes out to sea and finds an island full of treasures.
《雾都孤⼉》是⼀个男孩去海边发现⼀个充满珍宝的岛的故事。

full of 满是……的;(有)⼤量的
e.g. The area is full of beautiful lakes and rivers.
这个区域有⼤量美丽的湖泊和河流。

2. Have you at least read the back of the book to see what it’s about?
⾄少你已经读过书的背⾯,了解了它的⼤致内容吧?
此句中的动词see表⽰“(通过查看、打听等)弄清、了解;查看、发现(信息或事实)”。

作这种⽤法时,see常接how, what, when 等引导的宾语从句。

e.g. He agreed to go with me to see what was wrong.
他同意跟我去了解⼀下⽑病出在哪⾥。

4. Steve: …The book report is due in two weeks. 读书报告两周后必须交。

Amy: Yes, I know…是的,我知道…
I know表⽰说话⼈对所谈的观点、内容已了解,⽆需多说,相当于汉语中“我早知道了;我全都了解”这样的意思,区别于许多⽇常交际场合中表⽰“我明⽩了;我知道了;我懂了”的⽤法。

e.g. A: It’s already very late. You should get some rest.
已经很晚了,你应该休息了。

B: Well, I know. Thanks.
对,我是知道的。

谢谢。

注意,当我们获知对⽅提供的信息后,常⽤I see. 表⽰“我知道了;我明⽩了;我懂了”。

e.g. A: He lives in the countryside but works in the city during the week.
他住在乡下,但⼯作⽇在城⾥上班。

B: Oh, I see.
哦,我知道了。
