摘要：PURPOSE:To prevent a pulse-shaped noise from being included, by evaluating first information based on the error detected result of the first information and the error detected result of information in which the first information and second information are superposed. CONSTITUTION:A first detecting means 111 detects the error of the first information based on first detection information generated by the first information. Also, a second detecting means 113 detects the errors of the first information and the second information based on second detection information generated by the first information and the second information. Then, an evaluation means 115 evaluates the first information based on the error detected results of the means 111 and 113. By constituting a device in such way, an error detecting ratio for the first information can be heightened, thereby, the pulse-shaped noise can be prevented from being included in sound consequently.
