添加不同比例青贮菌剂对饲草玉米玉草9911发酵效果的影响

摘要本文以饲草玉米玉草9911为研究对象,通过添加不同比例的青贮菌剂(0、20、60、100g/t),研究其对饲草玉米玉草9911发酵品质、营养成分和能量价值的影响。结果表明:青贮后,各处理pH值范围为3.43~3.47,氨态氮/总氮的数值小于10%,费氏评分100分以上,青贮过程良好,发酵品质尚好。添加不同比例的青贮菌剂对饲草玉米玉草9911的感官品质、营养成分和能量价值无显著影响,添加高比例青贮菌剂可显著提高乳酸含量,提高了相对饲喂价值,但同时也会显著增加干物质的流失。综上,饲草玉米玉草9911适合青贮,其青贮效能与玉米秸秆相当;添加高比例的青贮菌剂可得到更高的发酵品质和相对饲喂价值,但会显著降低饲料干物质含量。

3Lei Yangyang Livestock Breeding Professional Cooperative in Shizhong District of Neijiang City,Neijiang Sichuan641106) Abstract Taking forage corn Yucao9911as the research object,this paper studied the effects of different proportions of silage bacterial agents(0,20,60,100g/t)on the fermentation quality,nutritional composition and energy value of forage corn Yucao9911.The results showed that after silage,the pH values range of each treatment were3.43-3.47,the value of ammonia nitrogen/total nitrogen was less than10%,and the Flieg score was above100points.The silage process was good,and the fermentation quality was still good.Adding different proportions of silage inoculants did not significantly affect the sensory quality,nutritional composition and energy value of forage corn Yucao9911.Adding a high proportion of silage bacterial agents could significantly increase the lactate content and relative feeding value,but it also significantly increased the loss of dry matter.In summary,forage corn Yucao9911is suitable for silage,and its silage efficiency is equivalent to that of corn straw;adding a high proportion of silage bacterial agents can achieve higher fermentation quality and relative feeding value,but it will significantly reduce the dry matter content of the feed.
