SECTION 1 GENERAL总述
1-1 General总述
It is the intent of these specifications to set forth the electric equipment to be installed and the work to be executed for the construction of the vessel.
该规格书是为了阐明所安装的电气设备以及该船建造过程中必须完成的工作。
The whole electric installation to comply with the Rules of the Classification Society and provisions in these specifications.
整只电气装置应满足船级社规范和本规格书中条款的要求。
Electric works on the vessel to be carried out in accordance with these specifications and builder’s practice to be submitted for owner's reference.
该船的电器工作应按照该规格书和船厂惯例进行,并且应提交给船东做参考。
The type and construction of electric equipment incorporated or packed with the appliances, to be in accordance with the makers' standard.
装置上所安装电器设备的型号和结构应满足生产商的标准。
An ambient temperature of 45 deg.C to be assumed for electric rotating equipment in engine room. The electric equipment to be so located that as far as practicable they are not exposed to excessive heat. If equipment is located in spaces with ambient temperature in excess of 45 deg.C, the temperature rise of equipment not to exceed the permissible value of corresponding insulation class.
机舱中电动旋转设备的环境温度假定为45℃,并且电气设备的安装应尽可能地避免暴露在过热的区域。
如果设备安装在环境温度高于45℃的舱室,则设备的温度升高值不超过对应绝缘等级的允许值。
Fuses of electric equipment to be marine type and/which are approved by Classification Society. However, special type fuses for communication, nautical, and radio equipment to be in accordance with makers' standard.
电气设备的熔断器须为船用型,并得到船级社认可。
然而,通讯、航海和无线电设备应采用特定型号的保险丝。
1-2 Arrangement of Equipment设备布置
The arrangement of the electric equipment throughout the vessel to be such as to provide ready and safe access to all parts for inspection, maintenance and repair as far as practicable.
全船电气设备的布置应尽可能确保便于和易于到达所有部分进行检查、维修和修理。
All electric equipment to be so located that as far as practicable they are not exposed to risk of mechanical injury or damage from water, steam, oil or excessive heat. Where necessarily exposed to such risks, the equipment to be suitably constructed or enclosed.
全船所有电气设备的布置应尽可能地确保其不暴露在受到机械损伤或由于水、蒸汽和油而受到损坏或过热而导致的损坏的处所,对于对于必须安装在上述危险处所的电气设备则应采用适当的结构或为封闭式。
1-3 Name plate铭牌
The name plate to be made of fire-retardant material such as fire-retardant plastic or brass according to their location.
名牌应由耐火材料如耐火塑料或黄铜制成,具体按照其安装位置。
The letter on the name plate to be in English.
名牌上的字母应为英文。
The caution plates and operation plates to also be in English.
警告牌和操作指示牌上也应采用英文。
1-4 Painting colors油漆颜色
Metal surfaces of the enclosure of electrical equipment to be painted with the following colors in general.
电气设备外壳金属表面一般应被油漆成下述颜色:

2-1 Wiring system布线系统
The distribution system to consist of 3 PH AC three-wire system, single phase AC two-wire system and DC two-wire system.
电源分配系统包括三相交流三线制系统、单相交流二线制系统和直流二线制系统。

All systems to be insulated against hull throughout the vessel except for ground detecting circuits, secondary circuits of potential and current transformers to be grounded at switchboard or control panel.

In general, the voltage for portable equipment such as portable lamp, portable control box for turning gear motor and travelling crane and so on to be lower than AC 50V by the two
(2) windings type transformer which the secondary winding not to be earthed.

2-2 Cable Application电缆的敷设
All cables throughout the vessel to be approved by the Classification Society except for special purpose such as coaxial cable and compensation cables.
除了同轴电缆和补偿电缆等特殊用途的电缆外,全船所有的电缆应经过船级社认可。
In general, cables to be of fire retardant and complied with IEC 332-3/A. In addition, fire resistant cables to be used according to the requirement of rules.
电缆一般应为阻燃型并且符合IEC332-3/A的规定,此外,应按照规范要求使用耐火型电缆。
Cables to be of ethylene propylene rubber or cross linked polyethylene insulated polyvinyl-chloride or polychloroprene sheathed, with/without steel wire braided (or copper wire braided) cable.
电缆应为乙丙橡胶或交联型聚乙烯绝缘、聚氯乙烯或氯丁橡胶护套、带有/无钢丝编织层(或铜丝编织层)的电缆。
The cables with polyvinyl-chloride or polychloroprene outer sheathed to be used where exposed to weather and in the ref. chamber, galley and dangerous space.

2-3 Cable Installation 电缆敷设
All cables to be installed according to Builder's practice and in compliance with the requirement of the Classification Society. Where cable transits watertight/fire retarding deck or bulkhead, coaming with sealing compound is to be used.
所有电缆应按照船厂惯例以及船级社要求进行敷设,对于穿过水密/防火甲板或舱壁的电缆应采用带密封填料的围板。
In general, cables running in groups to be fixed on steel hangers. The cable hangers and trays to be of steel with corrosion resistant finish.
通常情况下,电缆应以组的形式固定在钢吊架上或电缆托架上,电缆托架和托盘应采用涂由防锈漆钢质材料。
The cable to be secured with steel hoops or nylon buckles, except that cable to be secured with stainless steel hoops and buckles on part exposed to the weather.
电缆应采用钢扎带或尼龙扎带进行固定,而露天部分的电缆则应采用不锈钢扎带和搭钩进行固定。
Where the cables are exposed to mechanical damage, they to be protected with steel pipe or steel cover.
对于暴露在易受到机械损伤的电缆则应采用钢管或钢罩进行保护。
The cables installed under the engine room lower floor to be protected with flexible conduit or galvanized steel pipe.
敷设在机舱花钢板下方的电缆应采用弹性电缆管或钢管进行保护。
Where cables passing through watertight decks or bulkheads, watertight and gastight cable glands or deck tube or other appropriate methods to be employed.

Where cables passing through non-water-tight decks and bulkheads, or beams, etc., to be chosen on such position where the hull strength not to be damaged. Suitable bushing or coaming with round edge to be used of their protection.
对于穿过非水密甲板和舱壁或横梁等部位的电缆应选择在船体强度不会被破坏的部位,并且应才带圆边的适当衬套或围板对其进行保护。
Cables to be fixed in accessible position, as far as practicable.
电缆应尽可能地固定在可以到达的部位。
The cables passing between accommodation and fore part of the vessel to be laid through galvanized steel pipe with sleeve couplings and expansion joints.
对于上层建筑和船艏间布置的电缆应布置在带套管接头和膨胀接头的镀锌钢管中。
Penetration of fire protection bulkheads or decks of steel structures to be protected by pipes, coamings, cable glands or coaming stuffed with fire retardant compound according to the fire protection class and number of cables.
对于穿过钢结构防火保护舱壁或甲板的电缆应采用钢管、围板、电缆填料函或填有围板耐火化合物的进行保护,具体按照防火保护的等级及电缆的数量。
In rooms and inner passages, where lining walls over steel walls are provided, cables to be concealed behind the lining walls as far as practicable.
在墙壁上铺衬板的房间以及内部走道中,电缆应尽可能地隐藏在墙壁衬板后面。
In spaces where ceiling walls over overhead decks are provided, cables to be concealed behind the ceiling walls.
对于顶甲板采用天花板的舱室,电缆需隐藏在天花板的后面。
Where branched cables are installed on the lining walls, cables to be covered with plastic covers of suited wall coIor.
对于安装在墙壁衬板内的支路电缆,该电缆应采用与天花板颜色相近的塑料覆盖。
The cable to main switchboard shall be led from bottom of the switchboard, the cable to the emergency switchboard should depend on the em’cy switchboard’s actual situation, the em’cy switchboard against the wall.
接至主配电板的电缆应从底部进入主配电板,与应急配电板相连的电缆根据配电板的实际情况进行敷设,并且应急配电板背靠墙壁。
SECTION 3 PRIMARY SOURCE第3节-初级电源
3-1 General总述
Three (3) sets of main generator each driven by diesel engine to be installed in the engine room with the shaft parallel to ship's centerline and supply electric power to necessary loads throughout the vessel.
在机舱中安装有3台由柴油发动机驱动的主发电机组,并且其轴线方向与船中心线平行,用以向全船必需的负载供电。
One (1) emergency diesel generator set to be installed in the emergency generator engine room. The emergency generator to be used for supplying the loads such as gyro compass, auto-pilot, radio equipment, interior communication equipment, nautical instruments, emergency lights, one set steering gear and emergency fire pump etc, when the main generator fails.
在应急发电机室中安装有1台应急柴油发电机组,当主电源发生故障时,由应急发电机组向电罗经、自动驾驶仪、无线电设备、内通设备、航海仪器、应急灯、1台舵机和应急消防泵等供给电源。
3-2 Main Generators主发电机

An automatic voltage regulator for each main generator to be provided.
每台发电机应安装有1只自动电压调节器。
The main generator bearings to be in accordance with the makers’ standard. The glass bar type thermometer to be provided for bearing temperature. Temperature sensor to be fitted in the stator winding of each phase for alarm.
主发电机轴承应符合生产商标准,玻璃棒型温度计用于测量轴承的温度,在锭子的各相线圈中安装用于报警的温度传感器。

The emergency generator to have a space heater within the generator frame to prevent the condensation of moisture while the generator is stopped.
应急发电机的壳架内应安装有1只防止发电机停机时产生冷凝水的空间加热器。
An automatic voltage regulator for emergency generator to be provided.
应急发电机应带有1只电压自动调节器。
This generator to be started automatically in case of occurrence of the power failure of the main power supply and to automatically supply electric power to the loads. After restoration of electric power from the main generator, the power supply system to be automatically disconnected from the emergency generator and connect to the main generator. The emergency generator engine to be stopped manually.
当主电源发生故障时,应急发电机将自动起动并向负载自动供给电源。
当主发电机的电源恢复后,电源供给系统将自动断开与应急发电机的连接而与主发电机连接,应急发电机由手动进行停车。
The governor of the above prime mover to be locally controlled by hand.

3-4 Main Switchboard主配电板
One (1) main switchboard for receiving power from the main generators, and feeding to general loads to be installed in the engine control room.
在机舱集控室中应安装有1屏用于接收主发电机电源并向通用负载供电的主配电板。
The main switchboard to be multi cubicle, metal enclosed self-supporting, dead front type and complete with necessary fittings and instruments.
主配电板应为多柜型、金属外壳、自立式、前蔽面板型,并且安装有必需的附件和仪表。
The top and each side of the switchboard to be covered with steel plate, and suitable hand rail to be provided at front and rear. The main switchboard to have hinged front doors and removable rear side covers.
配电板的顶部和侧面应覆盖有钢板,并且在其前侧和后侧安装有适当的扶手,同时该配电板带有铰链式前门和可拆式后盖。
One set of essential busbar sections shall be provided on each side of generator panels with bolted links.
在发电机配电板每侧各有用螺栓连接的1套重要汇流排。
Partition walls shall be fetted between generator panels and between these and feeder section.
在发电机配电板间以及发电机配电板与馈电板间应安装有分隔舱壁。
Insulating mats shall be provided in front and rear of the switchboard where insulating flooring materials are not applied.

Each circuit on the main switchboard to be distinctly marked by engraved plastic label giving service name of each circuit and frame/set current for the circuit breaker.

The main switchboard to consist of main generator panels, synchronizing panel, AC 440V feeder panels, AC. 220V feeder panel and group starter panels. And synchronizing panel which may be incorporated with No.2 generator panel.

The preferential tripping system to be provided and so arranged that in an event of the generators becoming overloaded the non-essential loads are disconnected automatically before the generators' circuit breaker is opened. The preferential tripping alarm to be provided in the engine control room.
应布置有优先脱扣系统,从而当主发电机过载时,在发电机电流断路器断开前非重要的负载将被自动断开连接,在机舱集控室应安装有优先脱扣报警。
Voltmeters, ammeters, wattmeters etc. to be of class 1.5. The meters to have a red mark or indicating needle on the rate value.

Each generator circuit to be protected by a three-pole air circuit breaker with under-voltage tripping device, overload inverse time trip, short time delay trip and overcurrent instantaneous tripping device. These air circuit breakers to be draw-out type.
每台发电机电路应采用带欠压脱扣装置、过载与时间成反比的脱扣装置、短时延时脱扣和过流瞬间脱扣装置的三极式电流空气断路器,这些空气断路器应为抽取式。
After black out due to bus-bar short circuit, the ACB of preliminarily selected stand-by generator to be permitted to close automatically one time only.
在因汇流排短路失电后,预先选定备用发电机的空气断路器将仅被允许自动合闸1次。
All out-going feeder circuits and shore source circuit to be protected by a three pole molded case type circuit breaker with over-load trip and instantaneous trip on each pole except for steering gear motor circuit which to be only equipped with an instantaneous trip. 3-5 Emergency Switchboard应急配电板
In principle, the construction of the emergency switchboard to be similar to the main switchboard.
应急配电板的结构原则上应与主配电板的结构相似。
The emergency generator to be protected by a three-pole air circuit breaker, which is non draw-out type. (One-draw-out-type ACB shall be provided if possible to find.)
应急发电机应通过三极式空气断路器进行保护,并且该短路器为非抽出式。

The isolation switch between the bus-bar and the ACB to be provided.
