每周老师会为学生准备与本周新学内容相关的联系题，以及适合难度的完形填空、阅读和语法填空等题型，以便学生巩固知识，提高解题能力。

备课组的老师会认真检查学生的教辅资料完成情况，并准备段考试题，以便为年级教学提供依据。

我们要求师向有经验的老教师研究，针对不同水平的学生做出不同的要求。

在学生自己练时，我们注重多指导、多教解题方法，让学生练不同难度的题型，逐步提高。

我们也要多方面激发学生研究英语的兴趣，让学生在研究中获得乐趣。
