【摘要】目的观察卡培他滨加用奥沙利铂联合治疗晚期结肠癌的临床疗效和毒副作用.方法选取68例晚期结肠癌患者,将患者随机分为对照组和实验组,每组34例.对照组给予奥沙利铂单药治疗,实验组给予奥沙利铂加卡培他滨联合治疗,治疗周期结束后比较两组临床疗效和毒副作用.结果实验组的临床疗效和毒副作用均优于对照组(P<0.05).结论卡培他滨加用奥沙利铂联合治疗晚期结肠癌的疗效肯定,且毒副作用较低,患者可耐受.%Objective To observe the clinical efficacy and side effects of capecitabine plus oxaliplatin in the treatment of advanced colon cancer.Methods 68 patients with advanced colorectal cancer were randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group.The control group was treated with oxaliplatin monotherapy,and the experimental group was treated with oxaliplatin plus capecitabine.After the treatment period,the clinical efficacy and side effects were compared between the 2 groups.Results The clinical efficacy and side effects of the experimental group were better than those of the control
group(P<0.05).Conclusion Capecitabine plus oxaliplatin for advanced colorectal cancer is effective,with less side effects,the patient can tolerate.【总页数】3页(P305-307)
