William Shakespeare （1564-1616）was born and grew up in Stratfordupon-Avon. At the age of twenty-five, he left his wife and children in Stratford, moved to London, and started working as an actor and writer at the Globe Theatre. Shakespeare retold other people’s stories. Shakespeare’s plays are still famous all over the world today,and for many people he is the greatest writer in English.

Chapter 1 The Island第一章流落荒岛
Here is Prospero, the Duke of Milan, with his wife, and daughter Miranda.
这是普洛斯彼罗，米兰公爵，还有他的夫人和女儿米兰达。

When his wife dies,Prospero sees nobody. Some women look after Miranda.‘I’m learning magic,’Prospero tells his brother, Antonio. ‘Look after Milan for me.’普洛斯彼罗在夫人死后，谁也不见，由一些女人照看米兰达。

“我在学习魔法，”普洛斯彼罗对他的弟弟安东尼奥说，“你来替我管理米兰吧。

”
Antonio soon feels angry. ‘i’m doing Prospero’s work,’he thinks. ‘I want to be the Duke.’

”One day Antonio goes to visit Alonso, the King of Naples.
Alonso says to him, ‘I don’t like Prospero. Open the gates of Milan to me, and I can attack him. Then you can be the Duke of Milan.’‘Go on, do it, Antonio,’says Sebastian,the King’s brother.
Gonzalo, Prospero’s old friend in Naples, walks past, and listens.
一天，安东尼奥去见了那不勒斯国王阿隆佐。

阿隆佐对他说;“我不喜欢普洛斯彼罗。

为我打开米兰的城门，我去攻打他。

然后你就可以做米兰的公爵了。

So Antonio opens the gates of Milan to King Alonso.

They put Prospero and Miranda in a little boat...
他们把普洛斯比彼罗和米兰达赶上一条小船......
...and leave them far out at sea.
......让他们远远地漂流到海上。

In the boat Prospero finds a letter from Gonzalo:

And Prospero finds things to eat,drink,and wear, and his magic book, too.
‘Good old Gonzalo! What a true friend!’he thinks.

The little boat moves across the sea to a magic island.
小船驶过大海，来到一个魔岛上。

The monster Caliban is king of the island. His mother is dead, and he has no friends. 怪物凯列班是这个岛的国王。

他母亲去世了，他没有朋友。

Different magic spirits live on the island, too. They don’t like Caliban.
岛上还住着其他各种魔法精灵。

他们都不喜欢凯列班。

One of these spirits is Ariel. He helps Peopero and Miranda.
其中有个精灵名叫爱丽儿。

他帮助了普洛斯比彼罗和米兰达。

At first Prospero is friendly to Caliban. ‘Come and live with my daughter and me,’he says.
一开始，普洛斯比彼罗对凯列班很友好。

“来跟我和我的女儿一起生活吧。

”他说。

Prospero teaches Caliban to speak...and Caliban shows Prospero everything on the island.
普洛斯彼罗教凯列班说话......凯列班则带着普洛斯彼罗认识岛上的一切。

But one night Caliban attacks Miranda. ‘Get out of here!’says Prospero angrily. ‘You must work for me now.’
但是，一天夜里，凯列班袭击了米兰达。

Now Miranda is nearly sixteen, and Prospero is king of the island.
如今，米兰达快16岁了，普洛斯彼罗成了这个岛的国王。

One day Prospero sees a ship near his island.
一天，普洛斯彼罗看见他的岛附近有一艘大船。

By magic he can see King Alonso and Antonio,his brother, on the ship.
他利用魔法看到阿隆佐国王和自己的弟弟安东尼奥在船上。

When Prospero sees them,he is very angry. He calls Ariel to him.
看到他们，普洛斯彼罗非常愤怒。

他把爱丽儿叫到面前。

Chapter 2 The Tempest第二章暴风雨
‘There is a ship near my island,’Prospero tells Ariel. ‘Make a magic storm and attack the ship.’
“我的岛附近有艘船，”普洛斯彼罗对爱丽儿说，“用魔法掀起一场暴风雨袭击这艘船。

”‘The man on the ship must not die,’says Prospero. ‘They must land on the island.The King’s son,Ferdinand,must land alone.’
“船上的人都不能死，”普洛斯彼罗说，“他们一定要来到这个岛上。

国王的儿子腓迪南要独自上岸。

”
So Ariel goes to the ship, and makes a tempest with wind and rain.
于是爱丽儿向那艘船飞去，掀起了狂风暴雨。

On the ship King Alonso and his son Ferdinand are afraid.They ask God for help. 在船上，阿隆佐国王和他的儿子腓迪南都很害怕。

他们祈求上帝保佑。

‘Help!We’re going down!’cries the captain. ‘I don’t want to die at sea!Cries old Gonzalo,Prospero’s friend.
“救命！我们要沉了”船长大喊。

“我可不想死在海上啊！”普洛斯彼罗的朋友老贡柴喊道。

‘Let’s die with King Alonso!’says Prospero’s brother,Antonio. ‘No!Let’s leave the ship and live!’ says Sebastian, Alonso’s brother.
“我们要跟阿隆佐国王一起死！”普洛斯彼罗的弟弟安东尼奥说。

“不！咱们还是逃离这艘船，继续活下去！”阿隆佐的弟弟西巴斯辛说。

Ferdinand is the first to jump into the water and swim away.
腓迪南第一个跳进水里游走了。

On the island Miranda runs to Prospero. ‘Father,please stop this storm,’she says. ‘People are dying in the cold sea!’‘Don’t be afraid,’ he tells her. ‘It’s a magic storm.No one is dying.’
在岛上，米兰达跑到普洛斯彼罗面前。

“父亲，请停止这场暴风雨吧，”她说，“人们会死在冰冷的大海里的！”“别担心，”他对她说，“这是一场魔法暴风雨。

”Then,by magic,Miranda goes to sleep,and Ariel tells Prospero, ‘The men on the ship are alive but sleeping, and their ship is not far from here in a river.’

‘And what about the men in the sea?’asks Prospero. ‘They are in different parts of the island now,’answers Ariel. ‘And Prince Ferdinand is alone.’

‘Good work,’says Prospero. ‘Now go to Ferdinand and sing to him.Bring him here to me!’‘Yes,master,’says Ariel.

After Ariel goes,Miranda opens her eyes and gets up.

Prospero and Miranda speak to Caliban. ‘Bring us wood for a fire,’they say. ‘OK!OK!’says Caliban. He is angry with Prospero;he wants his island back again. 普洛斯彼罗和米兰达吩咐凯列班。

“给我们拿些木头来生火。

”他们说。

“好的！好的！”凯
列班说。

他对普洛斯彼罗很生气。

他想再次夺回属于自己的岛。

Chapter 3 Prince Ferdinand 第三章腓迪南王子
Ariel sings to Prince Ferdinand. ‘Your father is dead!’
爱丽儿向腓迪南王子唱起了歌：“你父亲已经死了！”
‘Oh,my father!’cries Ferdinand. Ferdinand can hear Ariel,but he can’t see him. ‘Where’s that music coming from?’he thinks, and he follows it.
“哦，我的父亲！”腓迪南哭了起来。

腓迪南能够听到爱丽儿的歌声，却看不见他。

“这音乐是从哪儿来的？”他想。

他循着歌声走去。

Ariel brings Ferdinand to Prospero and Miranda. ‘What do you think of that young man?’asks Prospero. ‘He’s wonderful,’says Miranda. ‘My plan is working,’thinks Prospero,and he smiles.
爱丽儿将腓迪南带到了普洛斯彼罗和米兰达面前。

“你觉得这个年轻人怎么样？”普洛斯彼罗问。

“他很不错啊。

”米兰达说。

“我的计划奏效了。

”普洛斯彼罗想，他露出了微笑。

Ferdinand sees Miranda. ‘She’s beautiful,’he thinks. ‘Are you a goddess?’he asks. ‘I’m a woman,’she answers.
腓迪南看到了米兰达。

“她真美。

”他想。

“你是女神吗？”他问。

“我是个女人。

”她回答。

‘Who are you ?’asks Prospero. ‘The King of Naples,’says Ferdinand.
“你是谁？”普洛斯彼罗问。

“那不勒斯国王。

”腓迪南说。

‘What? Your father is the King,’says Prospero angrily. ‘My father is dead.Everyone from our ship is dead,’ cries Ferdinand. ‘So I am the King now.’“什么？你父亲才是国王。

”普洛斯彼罗生气地说。

“我父亲死了。

我们船上所有的人都死了，”腓迪南哭道，“所以现在我是国王了。

”
Miranda looks at Ferdinand. ‘Why is my father angry with him?’she thinks. Ferdinand looks at Miranda. ‘ I want to marry you,’he thinks.
米兰达看着腓迪南。

“为什么父亲对他那么生气？”她想。

腓迪南看着米兰达。

“我想娶你。

”他想。

‘They’re in love,’thinks Prospero. ‘But when you get something easily,it’s not important for you. I must make things more difficult for them.’
“他们相爱了。

”普洛斯彼罗想。

“可是如果你太容易得到一样东西，那它对你来说就不重要了。

我必须让他们这事变得更困难些。

”
Prospero speaks to Ferdinand. ‘You aren’t a king or a prince!’he cries. ‘You’re a spy. You want to take my island from me!’‘That’s not true!’cries Ferdinand. 普洛斯彼罗向腓迪南开了口。

“你不是国王，也不是什么王子！”他叫道，“你是个密探！你想把我的岛夺走！”“不是这样的！”腓迪南叫道。

‘Father!What’s the matter with you?’ cries Miranda. ‘He’s a good man!’‘Be quiet,daughter!Don’t speak to him. He’s a spy.’

‘Here are chains for you to wear,’says Prospero. ‘You can’t put me in prison,’says Ferdinand,and he takes his sword in his hand.

”腓迪南说着，拔出了宝剑。

‘My magic is stronger than your sword,’says Prospero. ‘Now you are my prisoner!’‘I’m happy to be in prison here,’ thinks Ferdinand,and he looks at Miranda, ‘because now I can see more of her.’

”‘I don’t understand,’says Miranda to the prince quietly. ‘My father is usually nicer than this.’‘Ariel,come here. I have more work for you,’says Prospero. “我不明白，”米兰达小声对王子说，“我父亲平时都比今天和善啊。

我还有些事要你去做。

”普洛斯彼罗说。

Chapter 4 The King & the Duke第四章国王与公爵
King Alonso, Gonzalo, Antonio,and Sebastian are in a different part of the island. ‘What a green island!’says Gonzalo. ‘Very green!’laughs Antonio, and he and Sebastian look down at the yellow ground under their feet,and smile.
阿隆佐国王、贡柴罗、安东尼奥和西巴斯辛在岛上另外一个地方。

“这真是个绿意盎然的岛啊！”贡柴罗说。

“确实很绿！”安东尼奥大笑着说。

他和西巴斯辛看着脚下的黄土地笑了起来。

‘Stop laughing,’says Alonso. ‘My son is dead!’he cries. ‘We don’t know that,’says Gonzalo. ‘Perhaps he’s here on the island.’
“别笑了，”阿隆佐说，“我的儿子死了！”他哭道。

“还不知道呢，”贡柴罗说，“也许他就在这座岛上呢。

”
Ariel comes to them. They can’t see him,but they can hear his magic music. When Alonso and Gonzalo go to sleep Antonio says to Sebastian, ‘Now Ferdinand is dead,you can be king when Alonso dies. So shall I kill him for you?’‘Yes!’says Sebastian. ‘Yes!’says Sebastian. ‘And let’s kill Gonzalo,too. Then he can’t talk.’
爱丽儿来到他们跟前。

他们看不到他，但是却能听到他那有魔力的音乐。

阿隆佐和贡柴罗睡着以后，安东尼奥对西巴斯辛说：“现在腓迪南已经死了，阿隆佐一死，你就是国王了。

要我替你杀了他吗？”“好啊！”西巴斯辛说，“咱们把贡柴罗也杀了吧，这样他就不会多嘴了。

”
‘Wake up！’sings Ariel,and Gonzalo wakes up. He sees Sebastian and Antonio with their swords in their hands. ‘What are you doing?’he cries. ‘Wake up,Alonso!’‘Can you hear those strange noises?’says Sebastian quickly. ‘There are animals on this island!We must be ready for them！’
“醒醒！”爱丽儿唱到。

贡柴罗醒了过来。

他看到西巴斯辛和安东尼奥手里拿着剑。

“你们要干什么？”他叫道，“快醒醒，阿隆佐！”“你们听到那些奇怪的声音了吗？”西巴斯辛赶快说，“这个岛上有野兽!我们得防止它们来袭！”
‘I can hear something!’says Gonzalo. ‘Let’s all take out our swords.’‘ I can’t hear any noises,’says Alonso. ‘Let’s look for Ferdinand. I must find him --- dead or alive.’
“我听到了一个声音！”贡柴罗说，“我们都把剑拔出来吧。

”“我什么也没听到！”阿隆佐说，“我们去找腓迪南吧。

我一定要找到他---活要见人，死要见尸。

”
So Alonso, Gonzalo,Sebastian,and Antonio walk through the forest, and look for Ferdinand. Soon they feel tired and hungry. ‘Let’s kill them tonight,’says Antonio. ‘All right,’says Sebastian.
于是，阿隆佐、贡柴罗、西巴斯辛和安东尼奥穿过森林，四处寻找腓迪南。

很快他们就觉得又累又饿。

“咱们今晚把他们杀掉吧。

”安东尼奥说。

“好的。

”西巴斯辛说。

Some good spirits put nice things to eat on a magic table for them. ‘Come and eat!’says the spirits.
一些好心的精灵在一张魔法桌上为他们摆好了好吃的东西。

“来吃吧！”精灵们说。

They sit down at the table hungrily……but before they can start eating,Ariel arrives.
他们饥肠辘辘地坐在桌旁……可还没等他们开始吃，爱丽儿来了。

Suddenly the food goes from in front of their eyes. Alonso, Sebastian,and Antonio take out their swords. ‘You fools!’laughs Ariel. ‘My friends and I are spirits. You cannot attack us with swords.
突然间，食物从他们眼前消失了。

阿隆佐、西巴斯辛和安东尼奥拔出了宝剑。

“你们这些傻瓜！”爱丽儿笑道，“我和我的朋友都是精灵。

你们根本没法用剑伤到我们！”
‘Antonio!Antonio! Sebastian!’cries Ariel. ‘ Do you remember Prospero? When you do bad things,bad things happen to you!’
“安东尼奥！阿隆佐！西巴斯辛！”爱丽儿叫道，“你们还记得普洛斯彼罗吗？你们做了坏事，就会遭到报应！”
‘Alonso,’says Ariel, ‘your son is dead!This pays for your past crimes!’
“阿隆佐，”爱丽儿说，“你儿子已经死了！这就是你为过去犯下的罪行而付出代价！”When Ariel goes,Alonso cries out. ‘What’s the matter?’asks Gonzalo. ‘Ferdinand is dead to pay for my crimes against Prospero!’says Alonso. ‘I want to die!’爱丽儿消失了。

“出了什么事？”贡柴罗问。

“因为我对普洛斯彼罗犯下的罪行，腓迪南死了，这是代价！”阿隆佐说，“我不想活了！”
Alonso runs away into the forest,and Gonzalo, Sebastian,and Antonio follow him. 阿隆佐跑进森林，贡柴罗、西巴斯辛和安东尼奥紧跟着他。

Chapter 5 Lovers & Fools第五章爱人与弄臣
Ferdinand carries wood into Prospero’s cave,and Miranda watches him. ‘Stop working,’she says, ‘and sit down for a minute.’
腓迪南把木柴搬进普洛斯彼罗的山洞。

米兰达看着他。

“别干了，”她说，“坐一会儿吧。

”Ferdinand sits down. ‘What’s your name?’he asks. ‘Miranda,’she says. And then she remembers her father’s words. ‘ Oh, no! I can’t talk to him.’
腓迪南坐下来。

“你叫什么名字?”他问。

“米兰达。

”她说。

这时，她想起了父亲的话。

“哦，不！我不能跟他说话！”
‘Miranda,’says Ferdinand, ‘ I love you,and I want to marry you.’‘I love and want to marry you,’cries Miranda happily. Prospero listens. ‘So true love meets true love,’he smiles, ‘My plan is working well.’
“米兰达，”腓迪南说，“我爱你，我想娶你。

”“我也爱你，我想嫁给你。

”米兰达高兴地叫道。

In a different part of the island, Caliban is angry. ‘Here I am carrying wood for Prospero,’he says. ‘Me,the true king of this island!’
在岛上的另外一个地方，凯列班正在生气。

“我在这儿给普洛斯彼罗拾柴，”他说，“我，才是这个岛上真正的国王!”
‘Oh, no! It’s one of the master’s spirits,and it’s coming for me. I’m sorry,Prospero. Forget my bad words. Please don’t attack me.’
“哦，不好！是主人一个精灵，肯定是来找我的。

普洛斯彼罗，我很抱歉。

忘掉我说过的那些蠢话吧。

请不要打我。

”
But it’s only Trinculo,the King’s fool. He looks at Caliban. ‘What’s this?’he
says. ‘Is it a fish?’‘Go away!’cries Caliban from under his raincoat.
可那不过是特林鸠罗，国王的弄臣。

他看着凯列班。

“这是什么？”他说，“是条鱼吗？”“走开！”凯列班裹在雨衣里吼道。

It begins to rain. Trinculo gets under the raincoat with Caliban.
天开始下雨了。

特林鸠罗钻进了凯列班的雨衣里。

Then Stephano arrives. He is King Alonso’s butler,and Trinculo’s friend. He is dringking wine and singing. ‘Don’t attack me, master,’says Caliban. ‘Oh!Oh!’cries Trinculo. He is afraid,too.
这时，斯丹法诺来了，他是阿隆佐国王的司膳总管，特林鸠罗的朋友。

他一边喝酒一边唱歌。

“别打我，主人。

”凯列班说。

“哦！哦！”特林鸠罗叫起来。

他也很害怕。

‘Attack you ?’says Stephano. ‘You strange monster with two heads!Of course not!’And he gives Caliban some wine. Under the raincoat Trinculo listens carefully. ‘Is that you, Stephanoo?’he asks.
“打你？”斯丹法诺说，“你这个长了两个头的怪物！当然不会了！”他给凯列班喝了些酒。

特林鸠罗在雨衣下面仔细地听着。

“是你吗，斯丹法诺？”他问。

Trinculo comes out from under the raincoat. ‘Oh,I’m happy to see you!’he says to Stephano. ‘And i’m happy to see you!’says Stephano. Caliban watches them. He is surprised.
特林鸠罗从雨衣下面钻了出来。

“哦，见到你真高兴！”他对斯丹法诺说。

“见到你我也很高兴！”斯丹法诺说。

凯列班看着他们。

他很吃惊。

‘Come with me!’says Caliban. ‘I can show you everything on this island!’Trinculo and Stephano follow him.
“跟我来吧！”凯列班说。

“我可以带你们看看岛上的一切！”特林鸠罗和斯丹法诺跟着他走了。

After some time they sit down. ‘Give me more wine!’says Caliban. ‘Here you are,you strange fishy monster!’says Stephano. Caliban drinks. ‘You can be the king of this island,’he says.
过了一会而，他们坐了下来。

“再给我点儿酒！”凯列班说。

“给你，你这个像鱼一样的怪物！”斯丹法诺说。

凯列班喝了酒。

“你可以成为这个岛的国王。

”他说。

‘King of this island?’says Stephano,surprised. ‘How ?’‘Prospero is the king now,but I hate him!’says Caliban. ‘Go on!’Kill him when he’s sleeping and throw his magic book in the fire. Then you can be the king.’
“这个岛的国王？”斯丹法诺吃惊地说，“要怎么做呢？”“普洛斯彼罗现在是国王，但我恨他！”凯列班说。

“去吧！趁他睡觉的时候杀了他，把他的魔法书扔到火里。

这样你就可以当国王了。

”
Suddenly they hear Ariel’s strange music,but they can’t see him. ‘Don’t be afraid!’says Caliban. ‘There’s strange music all over the island.’
突然，他们听到了爱丽儿奇怪的音乐声，可他们却看不见他。

“别害怕！”凯列班说，“岛上到处都是奇怪的音乐。

”
‘I’m not afraid,’says Trinculo. ‘Let’s follow that music now,and kill Prospero later!’ So Caliban,Trinculo,and Stephano follow the music.
“我才不怕呢，”特林鸠罗说，“现在，咱们跟着音乐走吧。

一会儿再去杀普洛斯彼罗！”于是，凯列班、特林鸠罗和斯丹法诺跟着音乐走去。

Chapter 6 Happy Endings第六章皆大欢喜
‘I’m sorry to treat you badly,’Prospero tells Ferdinand. ‘You and my daughter want to marry, I know. And I’m happy for the two of you. Look after her, Ferdinand. “之前那么对你，我感到很抱歉。

”普洛斯彼罗对腓迪南说，“我知道你和我女儿想结婚。

我为你们俩高兴。

好好照顾她，腓迪南。

”
‘And now the goddesses of the island are here to sing for you on this happy day,’smiles Prospero.
“今天是个开心的日子，岛上的女神们现在都来为你们歌唱了。

”普洛斯彼罗微笑着说。

The goddesses Iris,Juno,and Ceres sing,and the island spirits dance. Everyone feels happy.
伊里斯、朱诺和刻瑞斯三位女神唱起了歌，岛上的精灵们翩翩起舞。

大家都觉得很高兴。

Suddenly Ariel arrives and speaks quietly in Prospero’s ear. ‘Caliban, Stephano,and Trinculo are coming to kill you,’he says.
突然，爱丽儿来了，他在普洛斯彼罗的耳边小声地说起话来。

Then Propero gives Ariel some expensive clothes. ‘Put these in front of Caliban,Stephano,and Trinculo,’he says. Ariel takes them away.

When Stephano and Trinculo see the clothes,they stop thinking about Prospero. ‘This is a beautiful coat for a king,’says Stephano. ‘Very nice,’says Trinculo. ‘Leave those clothes!’cries Caliban. ‘We must kill Prospero first!’

Prospero calls some spirit dogs. The dogs attact Stephano, Trinculo,and Caliban,and they run away,afraid.
普洛斯彼罗叫来一群魔狗。

这些狗去咬斯丹法诺、特林鸠罗和凯列班。

他们仓皇逃走了。

By magic Antonio, Alonso, Sebastian,and Gonzalo arrive in front of Prospero. ‘Well,how shall I treat these prisoners?’ Prospero asks Ariel. ‘Are they sorry for their past crimes？’‘Yes，they are,’says Ariel.
在魔法的作用下，安东尼奥、阿隆佐、西巴斯辛和贡柴罗来到普洛斯彼罗面前。

‘Now get my Duke’s clothes,’he tells Ariel. ‘And bring their ship here. Soon you can be free.’‘Yes,master,’says Ariel.

Prospero’s prisoners wake up. ‘Prospero!’they cry. They are very surprised when they see him. ‘Thank you for helping me in Milan， Gonzalo,’smiles Prospero. Then he turns to Antonio and Sebastian. ‘ I konw your bad hearts,’he says darkly. ‘Now,Antonio,my brother,you must give Milan back to me. You’re not the Duke of Milan,you know.’
普洛斯彼罗的囚犯醒了过来。

“普洛斯彼罗!”他们喊道。

‘Ah,Prospero. My son is dead,’cries Alonso. ‘And my daughter is lost too,’says Prospero.

‘My son! And your daughter! Oh,my heart is breaking,’says Alonso. ‘The two of them are dead.’

‘Wait a minute！’says Prospero,and with a smile he shows Ferdinand to Alonso. ‘My lost son is alive!’says Alonso.

‘Father,this is Miranda, Prospero’s daughter,’says Ferdinand. ‘I want to marry her!’‘Very well,my son. I agree,’says Alonso.

‘The ship is here,master,’says Ariel. ‘My good spirit!’says Prospero.

Next Ariel brings Caliban, Trinculo,and Stephano in chains to Prospero. ‘Oh,master,I’m sorry for following these two fools,’says Caliban at Prospero’s feet.
接着，爱丽儿把用锁链锁住的凯列班、特林斯鸠罗和斯丹法诺带到了普洛斯彼罗面前。

“哦，主人，我真是后悔不该跟着这两个傻瓜。

”凯列班跪在普洛斯彼罗脚下说。

‘My bulter and my fool!’says Alonso. ‘Get back on the ship,’he tells them,and they go at once.
“我的司膳总管和我的弄臣！”阿隆佐说，“回船上去。

”他对他们说。

他们马上就离开了。

‘Now,King Alonso,’says Prospero, ‘come into my cave. There we can talk,and you can sleep. And tomorrow we can go to Naples,with your son and my daughter.’‘And then, I can go back to Milan,’he thinks.
“现在，阿隆佐国王，”普洛斯彼罗说，“请到我的山洞里来吧。

我们可以说说话，你可以睡一觉。

明天我们就可以去那不勒斯，你儿子还有我女儿跟咱们一起走。

”“然后，我就可以回米兰去了。

‘Good work Ariel,’says Prospero. ‘And now goodbye.Give our ship a good wind tomorrow,and then you can go free.’‘Goodbye,master,’says Ariel.

明天让我们的船顺风航行，你就可以自由了。

”“再见了，主人。

”爱丽儿说。

Now Prospero is alone. ‘Goodbye,my magic book!’he says,and he throws it into the sea.
现在只有普洛斯彼罗一个人了。

“再见了，我的魔法书！”他说。

他把书扔进了海里。

Then he breaks his magic stick in two and throws it far down into the ground. 然后，他把魔杖折成两段，扔进深深的地下。

‘Now I’m a man with no magic to help me,’says Prospero. ‘But I am the Duke of Milan again,and I can go home happily.’ And with those words Prospero goes into the cave.
“现在，我是一个没有魔法帮忙的人了，”普洛斯彼罗说，“不过我又是米兰公爵了，我可以高高兴兴地回家了。
