（1）worry 可作及物动词，意为“使烦恼，担心”，常接sb, 作宾语。

（2）Wo rry后接从句时，也表示“为……担心”，此时不用介词，worry可看作及物动词。

（3）worry 也可作不及物动词，意为“担心，烦恼”，后常跟介词。

（4）Worry也可作名词，意为“担心，烦恼”。

Worry about 和be about 都表示“对……担心，忧虑”；be worried about 强调
状态。

Worried和 worrying都可做形容词，前者表示“烦恼的；焦虑的“常用来说明人”后者表
示“另人烦恼的；另人担心的”，常用来说明事物。
