1、点医院大门，进入医院大堂。
点右上大玻璃门，进入走廊，点上方箭头，在右边墙上拿应急灯，点左侧箭头后退。

来到中央的大门处需要解开一道谜题，将三种石版按着里面眼球的数量排到右边就可以打开。
之后就会看到1代的医生，剧情后转变里世界打BOSS。
BOSS：凶兽很好打的BOSS,靠近攻击他几次后离开，它连技和冲撞判定都不大，基本以跑动游走战术就可以搞定，切忌原地待机，否则会被爬上天棚的凶兽急降下或酸水打到。

8.出门，下楼，回到刚进门时的界面，往里走（点击指向下方的箭头），看到左边有一面青绿色的门，用钥匙打开门，进入，在花瓶里发现一把灰色的钥匙。
16.往右走，回到捡铁钩的界面，点击大门，输入密码，重新进入。
17.往右走，上楼，继续上楼，发现楼底的墙角有一把粉红色的钥匙。
18.下楼，打开粉红色的门，点击进入，点击热水壶，拿杯子，接满水，发现左上方有一面门，点击进入，在窗台上发现一把深蓝色的钥匙。
19.出门，再出门，上楼，再上楼，看到右边有一面深蓝色的门，打开门，点击进入。
9.出门，回到刚进入门时的界面，往右走，看到一面灰色的门，用钥匙打开门，进入，看到蓝色枕头下面好像有什么东西，点击放大，发现一把小钥匙。

进入另一个大门，直走，看到警察叔叔，此时在屏幕右边墙上有一把手电，点击后获得手电。
返回进入男厕，进入通风口，点向下，再点向右，看到电箱，点击电箱触发剧情，拉下电闸，然后点右下箭头，点向上的箭头，点向左的箭头，点向上的箭头，进入绿色区域，点排气扇，在排气扇左下拿风之石，玩家此时看一下通风口，屋子里那位就是Stanley博士，此时玩家还无法进入。
当然玩家和忽略，直接那仪器上的绿色玻璃。
离开房间，上作的“大坏蛋”出现，一段CG后继续游戏，CG中提示玩家不要捡起时间之石，此时玩家不要捡，不然游戏结束时会消失。
回到博士的家，使用打火机点燃白大衣，吓跑狗，同时获得火焰之石，点向右箭头，进入右边的灰色们房间，桌子上有一个名片，点击获得名片，翻转名片，获得密码，玩家最好写下密码。
游戏在医院门口正式开始，进去医院大厅，看到厕所、服务台和另一个门，玩家随意任选门或者男厕进入再返回，会出现剧情CG，护士小姐会到服务台，此时点击护士小姐，她会认为主角是电气修理工，然后给主角一把钥匙，之后可以用钥匙收集到额外的风之石。
注意：最好不要进入女厕（门口的图标是高跟鞋），这样会触发另一个护士小姐的剧情，就不会得到钥匙了。
返回到的如图位置，见右边的灰色挡板，前进一下后可以推到。
进入图位置，正前方红色区域是配药室，黄色区ห้องสมุดไป่ตู้是一个医生的办公室，看到医生旁边有一杯咖啡。进入后开始配药，获得桌子上的一本书，玩家可以看看，不过本篇本来就是攻略，直接进入正题，左边是西药，右边是中药，分别找到阿莫西林、甘草、灵芝、人参，药的位置是随机的，要一个一个找，将灵芝和人参组合，阿莫西林和甘草组合，回到医生办公室通风口，使用阿莫西林和甘草的组合药剂，放入咖啡中，随便向后移动两次，返回后看到医生离开，进入办公室，获得墙上的白大衣。

攻略：James是一个私家侦探,某日他收到物理学家stanlley博士的一封信,博士在信中邀请james去他家小聚，并说有要紧事相求。
进入博士的家：观察房子一周后发现所有的门都是锁着的。
在房子一边的一棵大树上发现有物品，但是需要用工具才能取下，于是在车库奔驰车旁边的地上发现钩子。
用钩子钩下树上的纸飞机，查看后发现纸上有“HELP”和六位数字，在车库边的密码门上输入这些数字，进入房子。
在与车库相连的门的旁边是卫生间，在下水管后发现打火机。
到2楼，在楼梯旁边的卫生间内的手纸盒上发现青绿色钥匙。
用它打开一楼正门边的青绿色大门，进入客厅。
在客厅的花瓶中发现浅灰色钥匙，打开走廊内的浅灰色门，进入。
(游戏情节：客厅的窗帘后面有人)进入浅灰色门，这是卧室，桌子上发现电话，但没有电话线无法使用。
在枕头边发现小钥匙，打开卧室内的一道门，进入卫生间。
