高中英语描述性作文技巧及范例
描写文：就是用文字作画。

一篇好的描述性文章, 要将所描述事物的特色及外观细节清楚及详细地描述出来。

写描写文的原则和技巧：
1. 要营造一个主要印象，如：My room is small but cozy.
2. 选择重要细节来描述主要印象，避免写到不相关的细节。

例如：描写房间的舒适，就要
选择可呈现此印象的陈设来描写。

3. 按顺序(由上而下或由近而远等)、或按重要性(一般把最重要的放最后面)来描述。

4. 描写要生动逼真。

要生动逼真，主要有两个方法：
(1)诉诸五官的感受，即
视觉：In the garden, Grandpa grew roses of different colors: white, pink, and red.
听觉：The leaves of the old tree rustled.
味觉：There is a sweet smell of the roses in the air.
嗅觉：The mango trees Grandpa planted beside the house bears sweet, juicy fruit.
触觉：Grandpa’s hands have become hard and rough because of his hard work in the garden.
(2)比喻。

The blanket is as soft as a cloud.
His face is as white as a sheet.
The winds howl like a monster.
The place where I live is like the middle of a never-ending rock-n-roll concert.
5. 结论主要在加强引言部份的主要印象。

常用的方法有：(1)重述主要印象；(2)简单摘要细节，以加强主要印象。

【范文1】My Dorm Room
