摘要：Heterocyclic tert. amines of formula (I), their racemates, optical isomers and acid addn. salts are new. A-D-E = -C(O)-(CH2)p-,-CH(OH)-(CH2)p-,-SÄ=(O)mÜ-(CH2)2- or -SÄ=(O)mÜ-CH=CH-;p = 2 or 3; m = 0-2; n = 0 or 1; X = -CH2-; provided that when A-D-E is -C(O)-(CH2)p- or -CH(OH)-(CH2)p-, then X may also be -O- and n = 1; Y = single bond or -CH2-; Z = 1-10C alkyl, 1-10C alkenyl or 1-10C alkynyl (opt. substd. by one or more 3-7C cycloalkyl or -(CH2)u-Ar); Ar = phenyl (substd. by R1 and R2), 2-oxo-indolinyl or NH-C(O)-Ph (4-substd. by R3); u = 1-6; R1 = H, halo, hydroxy, 1-6C alkyl or 1-6C alkoxy; R2 = halo, hydroxy, 1-6C alkyl, 1-6C alkoxy, phenyl, NCHOO-C(CH3)3, NH2, NH-COCH3, NHCOCF3, NHSO2CH3 or CON(R4)(R5); R4, R5 = H or 1-6C alkyl; R3 = halo, hydroxy, 1-5C alkoxy, CF3, cyano, phenyl, p-aminophenyl or p-acetylphenyl. 4 Cpds. (I) are specifically claimed e.g. (7RS)-7-(N,N-dipropylamino)2,3,5,6,7,8-hexahydronaphthoÄ2,3-bÜthiophene and its hydrochloride.
