应用文写作练习指导之感谢信讲义
题目
假设你是红星中学高三（1）班的班长李华, 你们班的外教Lisa已经结束本学期的教学工作回到美国，请代表你们班给她写一封邮件。

邮件的内容包括：
1、询问她的近况；
2、回顾在外教课上的收获；
3、表达对她的感谢和祝福。

题目分析
作为应用文写作考查的基本类型，感谢和致歉实际上写作形式基本相同，只是写作内容方向相反而已。

首先各位看到的是感谢信。

在这个题干里给你列出的三个要点，实际上对应的就是感谢信的三段内容写作要求，我们结合范文来逐段分析，同时再给各位配合另外两个高分版本的范文。

第一段写作目的
具体内容：询问近况、表达思念、代表全班表示感谢
写作要求：呈现写作目的，引出下文
这部分的写作可以比较灵活，既可以按照常规方式很正式地把感谢明确地写出来，也可以像给很熟悉的人写信一样把内容写得相对随和一些。

注意，只有熟悉的人可以采取第二种方式，所谓熟悉，就是相处时间长且互相了解。

不满足这个条件，老老实实按照第一种方式直接陈述写作目的。

日历范文的写作是比较随和的，而且这几个短句适用性比较广泛，要求各位记住。

How have you been? You must be enjoying your life back at home. We still miss the days we s pent together.
补充的两个版本则都是比较正式的写作方式，区别就是前一个简单直接，后一个内容稍复杂，都是可以接受的。

How is everything going?I am writing on behalf of my class to send our best wishes to you.
How are you doing recently? I am writing on behalf of my whole class to express our sincere love a nd appreciation to you.Hope everthing is going on well with you.
第二段需要感谢的事件和原因
具体内容：英语知识文化、学习兴趣
写作要求：总分结构、原因结果
这一段是感谢信的主体，也是决定各位写作成绩的主要环节。

你要写出具体感谢对方的事件，以及为什么这件事值得感谢。

注意，这里一定是总分结构的写作思路，要按照“要点+补充细节”的方式展开，绝对不能写成“我还记得有一次……”这种记叙文的感觉。

你不是在感谢某一件事，而是在感谢对方整体对于你的影响。

具体感谢对方的事件，就是要点。

老师和学生产生关联的有哪些事？无外乎知识和心理两方面。

为什么值得感谢，就是补充细节。

老师的所作所为对学生产生了什么影响？出现了什么结果？带来了哪些变化？
开头写好总括句，每个要点加入必要的分层标志词，按照需要设置补充细节的因果逻辑，这就是这段话的写法。

日历范文是比较简单直接的。

注意段落的总分结构，以及具体动词短语的应用，这是写作最核心的要求。

In the last term, we all benefited a lot from your lessons. (总括句) We improved our oral English and became more confident to express ourselves. (要点一) In addition, we learned so much about western culture and tradition. (要点二)
当然，要点也可以写得没那么泾渭分明，能够把逻辑表达清楚即可。

比如下面这个总分总的写作版本。

请各位特别注意开头总括句和结尾总结句的写法。

It’s been a while since you finished your teaching, yet we still can’t help thinking about you, for you’ve taught us a lot in your classes. (总括句) What you led us to do is not only learning English, but also learning to appreciate another culture. (要点) The experience you shared with us and your energy in learning will always accompany us. (总结句) 有的同学说，我就想写“我还记得……”不可以吗？我说也不是不行，但是你仍然要把它变成要点，按照总分结构写出来，所以中文的排比修辞就可以拿来用了。

这种“以若干散点回忆表达感谢”的写作方式，其实是比较高级比较有难度的写法，要打动读者，就要写得真实细致。

认真看下面的版本，你会发现这个感谢特别真挚生动。

In the past semes ter, we were lucky to have you as our teacher. (总括句) We can still remember you telling jokes and having fun with us. (要点一) The laughter once filled the room still ringing in my head.(影响一)We also remember you introducing American Literature to us with great passion and even sparks shining in your eyes. (要点二) With all of us deeply sunk in this marvelous unknown world, you would always wink your eyes and smile contentedly. (影响二)
如果你的写作能力很强，可以采用上面这种方法来写感谢。

如果没那么强，老老实实地按照前两个版本写，可能在考场上更保险一些。

如果你觉得字数较多，把影响的部分简化或者删除都是可以的，只要保留要点即可。

第三段文章收尾
具体内容：简洁概括感谢、祝福事业个人家庭
写作要求：写作套路式语句、干净利落
感谢信的结尾基本上就是套话了，再次表达感谢，加点祝福即可。
