心理干预对老年人肠镜检查的效果分析

【摘要】目的：探讨心理干预对老年人常规肠镜检查的效果。

方法将我院200例
接受肠镜检查的老年患者随机分为干预组和对照组，每组100例，对照组采取常
规检查处理，干预组在检查前和检查中给予心理和行为干预。

结果干预组的检查耗时明显少于对照组，紧张、恐惧程度明显低于对照组，P＜0．05。

干预组难忍比
例为2．0％，不适比例为4．0％，明显低于对照组的28．0％和48．0％，P＜0．05。

结论对老年人进行电子结肠镜检查时实施个性化心理护理，能使病人轻松安全完成检查，减轻患者不适，提高检查的成功率。

%Objective To explore the psychological intervention for older conventional colonoscopy
results.Methods 200 cases in our hospital to accept colonoscopy in elderly patients were randomly assigned to the intervention group and the control group, 100 cases in the control group received conventional check processing, the intervention group was given psychological and behavioral interventions before the inspection and examination.Results Check consuming intervention group was significantly less than the control group, nervousness, fear levels significantly lower than the control group,
P<0.05.Unbearable proportions intervention group was 2.0%, the proportion of discomfort 4.0%, significantly lower than the 28.0% and 48.0% in the control group, P <0.05. Conclusions The implementation of the
elderly when electronic colonoscopy personalized psychological care, enabling patients to easily complete safety checks, reduce patient discomfort and improve the success rate of inspection.
