【摘要】目的：分析探讨尿常规检验诊断小儿急性阑尾炎中的应用价值。

方法选取我院治疗的78例急性阑尾炎患儿，39例研究组患儿使用尿常规检查，39例对照组患儿使用超声诊断，观察两组患儿临床诊断准确率。

结果研究组患儿37例诊断准确，误诊2例，无漏诊，准确率为94.87%；对照组患儿35例诊断准确，漏诊2例，误诊2例，准确率为89.74%，差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。

结论尿常规检验用于小儿急性阑尾炎诊断，与超声诊断比较，准确率均较
高。

%Objective To explore the application value of routine urine test in diagnosis of acute appendicitis in children.Methods78 cases of children with acute appendicitis in our hospital,39 cases of the study group were treated with routine urine examination,39 cases of control group were diagnosed by ultrasound,and the clinical diagnostic accuracy rate of the two groups were observed.Results In the study group,37 cases were diagnosed correctly,2 cases were misdiagnosed,no missed diagnosis,the accuracy rate was 94.87%. The control group,35 cases of accurate diagnosis,2 cases missed diagnosis,2 cases were misdiagnosed,the accuracy rate was 89.74%,the difference was not significant(P>0.05). Conclusion The urine routine examination is used for the diagnosis of
acute appendicitis in children,compared with ultrasonic diagnosis, the accuracy rate was al higher.
