1.1 This work instruction is used in generating Engineering Change Notice (ECN) applicable to
product documentation.

product document.

4.0 GENERAL REQUIREMENTS 一般要求
4.1 An overview of the Engineering Change Notice (ECN), Temporary Engineering Change
Notice (TECN) generation flow is found in Attachment 1 and 2.
工程变更通知(ECN)以及临时工程变更通知(TECN)生成流程总括可参照附件1和附件2。

4.2 Initiator to fill up an ECN form. For the ECN form, refer to Form DC30003_A and Form
DC30003_B in case additional page/s is required (see Attachment 3-A and 3-B).
发起人填写ECN表格。

关于ECN表，参考Form DC30003_A 和Form DC30003_B
附页以防需要更多的附页(参考附件3-A和附件3-B) 。

4.2.1 Refer to Table 1 below for guidance on important details needed in filling up an ECN /
TECN form for Products Documentation.
填写生产文件ECN / TECN表格所需重要细节，请参照下表1作为指导。

4.2.2 Refer to Table 2 below for guidance in filling up the Affected Document column.
填写受影响文件栏参照下表2作为指导
4.3 For manual entry and signature, use black or blue pen only. Pencil is not allowed.
针对手写输入和签名，只可使用黑色或蓝色钢笔，不允许使用铅笔。

4.4 URGENT ECN / TECN 紧急ECN / TECN;
4.4.1 An URGENT ECN / TECN is deemed effective upon approval of the CEO and or his
deputies.
紧急ECN / TECN经CEO 和/或他的代理人批准后即生效。

4.5 An ordinary ECN / TECN shall be routed by the initiator for approval within 2 working days.
常规的ECN / TECN在2个工作日内由发起人跟进安排签名批准。

4.6 DCC shall provide ECN / TECN number once the approval process is complete.
如批准程序完成，DCC应提供ECN / TECN编号。

4.7 Changes affecting suppliers 影响供应商的变更;
4.7.1 DCC shall send the approved copy of the ECN / TECN to the initiator and relevant
internal purchaser.
DCC应将批准的ECN / TECN复件发给发起人及内部采购。

4.7.2 Implementation of the change（ECN / TECN) at the supplier site shall be validated by
the QA Engineer.
由供应商一方执行的（ECN / TECN) 变更应由QA工程师进行验证。

4.8 To extend the TECN after the expiry date, the initiator needs to issue another TECN,
otherwise initiator may consider issuing an ECN.
TECN期满后如需延期，发起人需重新发起另一个TECN，否则发起人应考虑发行ECN。

4.9 Cost Impact. 价格影响
4.9.1 The initiator of ECN is responsible for the determining the cost impact of the change. It
shall be clearly stated “none” in the ECN/TECN; if there is nothing foreseen.
工程变更通知（ECN) 的发起人负责判定变更价格影响。

如没有任何预见，则清楚地在
ECN/TECN上描述为“none”（没有）
4.9.2 Should there be unforeseen cost impact determined by the internal purchaser and
supplier, the recipient of such feedback, shall inform the CEO. 若内部采购及供应商判
定的价格变更影响为无法预见，接受该反馈的人应通知CEO。

4.10 Implementation of the change（ECN / TECN) in SUNMING shall be validated by
the QA Engineer.
由SUNMING执行的（ECN / TECN) 变更应由QA工程师进行验证。
