1.Introduction
Which cities are the alternatives for our production base?
How do these cities perform in all conditions of production?
We have fully investigated the conditions of these four cities: Wigan, Telford, Trenton, Binghamton, and scored in terms of policies, talents, customers, transportation and environment.
2.Body
(1)First of all, we gave two cities in the United States low scores, and basically excluded them
due to policy instability and related legal reasons;
(2)Secondly, we make a full comparison between the two British cities in various aspects. And
Telford has obtained a high scores of 435 with obvious educational advantages;
(3)Finally, we can see that Telford ranks first with the advantage of total score, which is mainly
reflected in:
①Stable policy environment
②Sufficient customers in Europe and America
③Local Hitachi, Japanese enterprises, Taiwan and other electronic products enterprises
④Convenient highways
⑤Highly educated talents
⑥Livable environment and rapid development
3.Conclusion
Therefore, after comparing the convenience of policies, talents, customers, transportation and environment, we all agree that Telford, located in England, is the most suitable city for the production of our products.。
