活血消瘿方治疗结节性甲状腺肿的临床疗效

【摘要】目的：探讨活血消瘿方治疗结节性甲状腺肿的临床疗效。

方法方便选取该院将收治的60例结节性甲状腺肿患者(2013年9月—2014年7月)，动态随机化分为对照组与观察组，对照组结节性甲状腺肿患者选择优甲乐治疗，观察组采用活血消瘿方治疗。

治愈：经过治疗后，患者的临床症状消失，患者的肿物直径小于0.3 cm。

显效：经过治疗后，患者的临床症状得到明显的改善，患者的肿物直径相比治疗前缩小60%以上。

有效：经过治疗后，患者的临床症状有所改善，患者的肿物直径相比治疗前缩小范围在30%~60%之间。

无效：达不到上述标准。

总有效率为总概率减去无效概率的差值。

结果对照组患者的总有效率为
46.67%(14/30)，观察组患者的总有效率为86.67%(26/30)，通过观察组患者与对照组患者相比发现，两组患者差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。

结论活血消瘿方治疗结节性甲状腺肿患者的效果显著，能提高患者的总有效率，无明显不良反应，安全性高。

%Objective To discuss the clinical curative effect of blood-activating xiaoyingfang in treatment of nodular goiter. Methods 60 cases of patients with nodular goiter admitted and treated in our hospital from September 2013 to July 2014 were dynamically and randomly divided into two groups, the control group were treated with euthyrox, the observation group were treated with blood-activating xiaoyingfang. Results After treatment, the clinical symptoms disappeared and the tumor diameter was
less than 0.3 cm. Markedly effective: the clinical symptoms were obviously improved and the tumor diameter shrank by more than 60% compared with that before treatment. Effective: after treatment, the clinical symptoms were im-proved and the tumor diameter shrank by 30% to 60%. Ineffective: failing to meet the above standards, the total effective rate was the D-value that the total probability subtracted the invalid probability. The difference in the total effective rate between the control group and the observation group was obvious by comparison[46.67%(14/30) vs
86.67%(26/30)](P<0.05). Conclusion The effect of blood-activating xiaoyingfang in treatment of patients with nodular goiter is obvious, which can improve the total effective rate of patients without obvious adverse reactions and the safety is high.
