Recent studies have shown that exercise is good to both your physical strength and brain.A new study finds that people become smarter after starting a running programme.
In their study, the researchers had seven young people start a running programme consisting of running 30 minutes, two or three times a week for at least 12 skills before and after the 3-month running programme.
