贵司无需为此办理任何相关手续,由于该箱子自身问题所产生的一切责任和费用由我司承担。

We hereby guarantee that above SOC is strictly in conformity with the standardized international equipment specifications and equipment owner in no case as other carrier. The container certificate submitted to carrier is genuine and
valid, the transportation of the container is against Loading
Port’s and Discharging
Port’s law and require ments. We will ensure all necessary procedure be done by the undersigned company and liable for all responsibility & cost that may incur due to equipment problem.
注,进港箱单上请如实准确填写各项数据资料,与订舱信息相符,,包括自备箱是否为空箱或者重箱
出运, 否则我司保留拒绝装载之权利。

Please ensure all information provided when container gating in terminal is correct and accurate as well as in accordance to booking data, including whether is laden or empty gating in, otherwise we reserve the rights to refuse container to be loaded on board.
