Dear Mr. Zhao,
As a frequent traveler to Guilin, I have always chosen to stay at Guizhou Tower Hotel and have enjoyed the wonderful scenery overlooking Lijiang River. However, if your room service remains as unresponsive as it was during my stay last week, I won't return.
Your housekeeping staff failed to pick up my laundry one day and had me wait for three hours for a toothbrush and some tooth paste another day. In both cases, I had called to alert them of the need for express service. In response to my phone calls I was advised that "someone will take care of it as quickly as possible". Well, "quickly" by whose standards?
I am willing to pay top money for top service, but I resent paying for this kind of performance. May I have your assurance that the problem will be resolved? If not, I'll have no choice but to stay elsewhere next time I'm in Guilin.
