My eating habits have changed quite a bit in the past year. I used to be a big fan of fast food, but I realized I just wasn’t eating healthy. Eating a lot of fast food was not making me feel energized, and I decided to change my eating habits.
Now I try to eat as many nutrient-rich foods as possible. I eat lots of fresh fruits and vegetables, and switch out the typical refined grains for whole grains. I’m also big on hormone-free meat and poultry, as well as wild caught fish. Eating organic food is also important to me, and I make sure to purchase organic whenever I can.
I also try to stay away from processed foods, since they usually contain lots of added sugars and fats. Instead, I opt for whole, natural foods that offer a variety of nutritional benefits.
In addition to my diet changes, I’ve started to include more exercise into my routine. I often go on walks in the parks nearby, or do some light yoga at home. Exercise helps me stay energized and helps me work off any excess calories I may have eaten.
I’ve found that my new eating habits have had a positive effect on my health overall. I have more energy, I feel stronger and more energized, and I no longer have to worry about the effects of eating unhealthy food. I’m very happy and proud of the changes I’ve made, and I’m sure they will improve my overall wellbeing in the long run.。
