1. Process Overview
The ammonia desulfurization process is a commonly used flue gas desulfurization technology that converts harmful gases into harmless or low-hazard products through chemical reactions between ammonia water and sulfur dioxide in the flue gas. This process is characterized by high desulfurization efficiency, stable operation, and strong adaptability.
2. Raw Materials & Pretreatment
The main raw materials are ammonia water and the sulfur-containing flue gas to be treated. The flue gas first passes through a dust removal device to remove particulate matter for subsequent desulfurization treatment.
3. Ammonia Absorption
The pretreated flue gas enters the absorption tower and contacts the ammonia water sprayed downwards from above. Inside the absorption tower, an absorption reaction occurs between the ammonia water and sulfur dioxide in the flue gas, generating ammonium sulfite.
4. Desulfurization Reaction
Inside the absorption tower, the ammonium sulfite continues to react with oxygen, producing ammonium sulfate. In this step, oxygen can be achieved through the introduction of air or pure oxygen.
5. Product Handling
The ammonium sulfate solution generated by the desulfurization reaction can
be used as fertilizer or further processed into other chemical products.
6. Tail Gas Treatment
The flue gas after desulfurization treatment still requires steps such as demisting and cooling to ensure that the tail gas emissions meet environmental protection requirements.
7. Energy Consumption & Emissions
The energy consumption of this process is relatively low, with the main energy consumption being the preparation of ammonia water and the electrical consumption during flue gas treatment. The emissions are mainly the treated tail gas, with significantly reduced sulfur dioxide content, meeting environmental protection standards.
8. Safety & Environmental Protection
The process operates stably, and ammonia water is a non-toxic or low-toxic substance. No harmful substances are leaked during the treatment process. At the same time, after treatment, the tail gas of the process can meet the environmental protection emission requirements.

该工艺能耗相对较低,主要能耗为氨水的制备和烟气处理过程中的电耗。

排放物主要为处理后的尾气,其中二氧化硫含量大大降低,符合环保标准。

该工艺操作稳定,氨水为无毒或低毒物质,处理过程中不会产生有害物质泄漏。

同时,工艺尾气经过处理后,能够达到环保排放要求。
