【摘要】The existing terminal management system most is designed by the interface of Terminal management protocol, there is a lack of researching from the standpoint of business and user. The article focused on the needs analysis of the terminal management system based on the new business of BC＆TV Network, and briefly analyzed of the frequently-used terminal management protocol, the terminal management model is established by the TR-069 protocol and the method of building the terminal management system is analyzed at the end.%现有终端管理系统多面向终端管理接口协议设计，缺少从业务和用户角度对终端管理进行研究。

陕西广电网络联合实验室针对以上情况，对广电运营商高清互动等新业务的双向交互式终端管理进行了需求分析，并对现有主流的终端管理协议进行简要分析，最终基于TR-069协议建立终端管理模型，简要分析搭建终端管理系统的方法。
