摘要:A method for compensating the displacement (A) of a milling cutter (F) when machining a workpiece (W) with a numerically controlled multi-axis machine tool (X, Y) is disclosed, comprising the steps of: performing a learning cut on a test workpiece (A) W) with known geometry with the mounted on a tool spindle cutter (F) in synchronism, thereby determining a relationship between a torque of a drive of the tool spindle proportional size (P4) and the displacement (A) of the cutter (F) normal to a surface of the test workpiece (W), the displacement (A) being determined by a comparison of the actual contour (2) of the test workpiece (W) with a desired contour (1). It follows the storage of the relationship for the cutter (F) and the machining of the workpiece (W) with the cutter (F) in synchronism, while using the stored relationship to compensate for the displacement (A) of the milling cutter by switching one of the size (P4 ) proportional position correction to a target position of the axes (X, Y) of the machine tool.
