说明:
1.本目录是在《普通高等学校本科专业目录(2012年)》基础上,增补历年来批准增设、列入目录的新专业,于2024年整理而成。

2.专业目录包含基本专业和特设专业。

基本专业一般是指学科基础比较成熟、社会需求相对稳定、布点数量相对较多、继承性较好的专业。

特设专业是满足经济社会发展特殊需求所设置的专业,在专业代码后加“T ”表示。

3.专业目录中涉及国家安全、特殊行业等专业由国家控制布点,称为国家控制布点专业,在专业代码后加“K”表示。

*注:部分高校个别专业修业年限为五年,专业目录中不再单独列出。

目,也有条目之意,如《论语·颜渊》中就有“请问其目”的记载。

目,又有篇目、目次之意,即一本书的篇、卷的名称。

如《汉书·刘向传》就曾记载云:“(刘向)校中秘书各有条目”。

《汉书·艺文志》中则记载汉成帝时期,身任光禄大夫的刘向在校书时“辄条其篇目、撮其旨意”。

古典文献名词解释复习第二章古典文献的目录1、目录:目录是按照一定次序编排的一批书名(或篇名)及其叙录,它是简介图书内容和形式,反映出版、收藏等情况,指导阅读和检索图书等文献资料的工具。

自从西汉末年成、哀之时,刘向、刘歆父子等人编成的《七略》开始,几乎每个朝代都由政府组织人力编修过这类目录,其中清乾隆时修撰的《四库全书总目》,是这类目录书中最突出的代表作。

古籍目录及其作用

我们的目录学历史悠久。

汉代刘向、刘歆编制《七略》、《别录》,奠定了基础,此后,目录学不断发展,各个时期都有不同的特点。

我国古代目录学家留下的许多目录以及目录学专著,是一笔宝贵的财富,可以视为引导我们打开我国古代文化遗产宝库的一把金钥匙,是逐步了解、利用、掌握这一宝库不可缺少的向导。

所以古人称目录学为读书治学的门径,这无疑是恰当的。

我国古籍目录数量多、种类多,内容极其丰富。

如果从目录编制的体例看,大致可分如下三种:第一种,部类前后有小序,书名之下有解题。

解题又叫叙录或提要。

它的作用是叙述作者生平,概括全书大旨,品题得失,考辨讹谬。

这种既有序又有解题的目录,不仅剖析学术流别,而且提要钩玄、举其大旨、“故虽书有亡失,而后之学者览其目录,犹可想见全书之本末”(朱彝尊《曝书亭全集》卷四十四),因此在学术上有很高的价值,历来被学者们所推重。

流传至今的有宋代晁公武《郡斋读书志》、陈振孙《直斋书录解题》、元代马端临《文献通考。

经籍考》、清代官修《四库全书总目提要》等。

这种解题目录始于刘向的《别录》和刘歆的《七略》,到宋代时已趋于成熟,《郡斋读书志》与《直斋书录解题》就是标志;而清代所修《四库全书总目提要》更加完善,成为解题目录的集大成者。

第二种,部类前后有小序,书名之下无解题。

这种目录,价值在于小序。

小序条辨流别,申明大道,叙列九流百家之学,使人得以由委溯源,考辨学术源流。

流传至今者,有《汉书。

艺文志》、《隋书。

经籍志》。

第三种,只记书名,无小序、解题。

如宋代郑樵《通志。

艺文略》,清代张之洞《书目答问》,唐以下各史《经籍志》、《艺文志》,以及一些私人藏书目。

郑樵《通志。

艺文略》的宗旨是:“类例分,则百家九流各有条理,虽亡而不能亡也。

”“类例既分,学术自明,以其先后本末具在”(郑樵《通志。

校雠略》)。

郑樵反对每书之下必有解题,认为这是“泛释无义”、“文繁无用”,主张从目录的分类来体现学术源流的本末先后。

他排斥目录中的解题,未免失之偏颇,但他所编《艺文略》,分类之间剖析流别,秩然有序,确实体现了“类例既分,学术自明”这一原则。

人力资源社会保障部关于印发国家基本医疗保险、工伤保险和生育保险药品目录(2017年版)的通知人社部发〔2017〕15号各省、自治区、直辖市及新疆生产建设兵团人力资源社会保障厅(局),福建省医保办:《国家基本医疗保险、工伤保险和生育保险药品目录(2009年版)》印发以来,各级人力资源社会保障部门认真贯彻落实药品目录要求,不断规范和完善医保用药管理,对保障参保人员的基本用药需求、维护基金平稳运行、促进医药行业的健康发展等发挥了重要作用。

为贯彻全国卫生与健康大会精神,建立更加公平可持续的社会保障制度,稳步提高基本医疗保障水平,促进医疗服务和药品生产技术进步和创新,逐步建立完善基本医疗保险用药范围动态调整机制,根据《中华人民共和国社会保险法》、《工伤保险条例》以及《城镇职工基本医疗保险用药范围管理暂行办法》(劳社部发〔1999〕15号)等法律法规和文件的规定,我部组织专家进行药品评审,制定了《国家基本医疗保险、工伤保险和生育保险药品目录(2017年版)》(以下简称《药品目录》)。

现就有关问题通知如下:一、严格药品目录支付规定。

《药品目录》分为凡例、西药、中成药、中药饮片四部分。

凡例是对《药品目录》的编排格式、名称剂型规范、限定支付范围等内容的解释和说明,西药部分包括了化学药和生物制品,中成药部分包括了中成药和民族药,中药饮片部分采用排除法规定了基金不予支付费用的饮片。

参保人员使用目录内西药、中成药及目录外中药饮片发生的费用,按基本医疗保险、工伤保险、生育保险有关规定支付。

国家免费提供的抗艾滋病病毒药物和国家公共卫生项目涉及的抗结核病药物、抗疟药物和抗血吸虫病药物,参保人员使用且在公共卫生支付范围的,基本医疗保险、工伤保险和生育保险基金不予支付。

二、规范各省药品目录调整。

各省(区、市)社会保险主管部门对《药品目录》甲类药品不得进行调整,并应严格按照现行法律法规和文件规定进行乙类药品调整。

《药品目录》调整要坚持专家评审机制,坚持公平公正公开,切实做好廉政风险防控,不得以任何名目向企业收取费用,不得采取任何形式的地方保护主义行为,行政主管部门不得干预专家评审结果。

当今版本: 1吕幼樵《书目答问校补》(贵州人民出版社)。真是 好书,张之洞之《答问》、范希曾之《补正》,加之吕 幼樵之《校补》合在一起,把重要的古籍的分类、作者、 版本等方面,都清清楚楚地列出来。张南皮还会时加指 点一些细节的问题,需要注意。吕幼樵的《校补》好在 能把民国以后出版的书的版本,或者在哪部丛书中可以 找到,都明白列出,令我辈可以按图索骥,更重要的, 是知道在某个部类里,有哪些重要的书籍需要研读。当 然,此书也有不足之处,最近出版的几部大丛书,比如 《续修四库全书》等,都未曾列入。这或许与出版时间 有关系,时间太近,不及补入。

古典文献意义上的目录包括“目”和“录”两方 面。
“目”:“篇目”或“书目”。 “录”:一部书的内容提要。 目:鱼网上边的一条大绳,叫做纲;下边的许多 网眼,叫做目。引申为篇目,即一书的篇和卷的 名称。录:记录、整理次第,详细说明之意。即 叙录,就是对一书的内容、作者生平事迹,对书 的评价,校勘经过等,作扼要的介绍的文字。
