磁圆梅针联合康复训练治疗儿童痉挛型脑性瘫痪的疗效观察林明慧1,刘东升2,吴智刚1,吴定腾1海南西部中心医院康复医学科1、中医科2,海南儋州571700【摘要】目的观察磁圆梅针联合康复训练治疗儿童痉挛型脑性瘫痪的临床疗效。

方法选取2022年10~12月在海南西部中心医院儿童康复科门诊及残联定点治疗的60例脑瘫患儿作为研究对象,采用随机数表法分为观察组和对照组,每组30例。

观察组患儿给予磁圆梅针联合康复训练治疗,对照组患儿给予常规康复功能训练治疗,两组均干预治疗3个月。

采用肌张力Ashworth 量表(MAS)及粗大运动功能量表(GMFM -88)评价两组患儿干预前后的临床症状改善情况。

结果治疗3个月后,观察组患儿的治疗总改善率为96.67%,明显高于对照组的86.67%,差异有统计学意义(P <0.001);治疗3个月后,两组患儿的MAS 评分均低于治疗前,且观察组患儿的MAS 评分为1.67(1.00,3.08)分,明显低于对照组的2.34(1.83,4.00)分,差异均有统计学意义(P <0.05);治疗3个月后,两组患儿的GMFM -88评分均高于治疗前,且观察组患儿的GMFM -88评分为69.47(24.09,93.74)分,明显高于对照组的51.79(5.15,88.49)分,差异均有统计学意义(P <0.05)。

结论磁圆梅针联合康复训练能有效缓解痉挛型脑瘫患儿肌肉痉挛状态,降低肌张力,从而提升患儿的运动能力。
