I.Teaching aims and demands:
1.Knowledge objectives:
a)Key words and phrases: anyone, anywhere, wonderful, few, quite a few, most,
Long time no see, be on vacation, take quite a few photos, most of the time;
b) Target language:
①—Where did you go on vacation? —I went to New York City.
②—Did you go with anyone? —Yes, I went with my mother .
③—Did you do anything special last month? —No, I didn’t.
2.Ability objectives:
a)learn to listen for where Grace/Kevin/Julie went on vacation carefully;
b)have a better understand of Indefinite Pronouns and Simple past tense of
regular and irregular verbs;
c)make full use of the target language to talk about their own vacation;
3.Moral objectives:
Students learn to talk about their own vacation with Simple past tense and try to cultivate students’ sense of protecting environment and loving nature.
II. Teaching key and difficult points:
1. Master the expressions of different activities in the past;
2. Talk about one’s own vacation with the target language;
3. Learn the usages of Indefinite Pronouns and Simple past tense of regular and irregular verbs.
