SR系列执行器是一种新型的全智能电动阀门执行器,它不仅采用了独特的双密封结构,而且对于所有参数均可利用红外线设定器进行非侵入式设置。独有的多项措施保证了SR执行器的安全性、可靠性和方便性。
本手册将介绍SR执行器的准备、安装、设置(包括对执行器的一级设定和二级设定)和故障诊断功能,目的是帮助用户更好地使用、维护SR执行器。
红旋钮可以选择就地、远程和停止三种控制模式,每种模式都可用一个带6.5mm铁钩的挂锁锁定。

就地操作的控制信号源包括红外设定器和黑旋钮两种;
黑旋钮图标:
就地开就地关
旋转红旋钮至就地位置。相邻的黑旋钮可分别转至开和关的位置,使执行器执行对应的开关操作。黑旋钮带有自回位功能,黑旋钮回位后开关命令撤销。如果执行器设置为非自维持方式,开关命令撤销后,执行器停止运行。如果执行器设置为自维持方式,即使开关命令撤销后,执行器会持续运行到开关位限。用户可采用反方向控制使执行器中途停止。例如执行器在开过程时,旋转黑色旋钮发出第一次关命令,可使执行器停止(如再次发出关命令将使执行器进行关操作),反之亦然。
初始工作界面
执行器处于初始工作界面时,液晶显示器实时显示当前的力矩和阀位读数值。其中左边为当前力矩百分数值,显示值为当前力矩与执行器额定力矩的百分比。右边为当前阀位的开度值。

pulmonalyfunctioninpneamonectonlyisthekey.Keywords:pulmonalyfunction;pneumonectomy肺叶切除术目前是治疗局限的非小细胞肺癌的首选术式,但其中~侧全肺切除术仍然是治疗肺癌和某些毁损性肺疾患的术式之一【l1,适合于由于中央型肺癌累及第2级以上支气管或已产生一侧全肺不张及累及一侧主支气管近段的支气管肺癌,但尚无气管隆突浸润而无法行袖状切除,或累及邻近肺叶者.该术式对心肺功能影响大,术后并发症多,因此术前对肺功能进行综合评价非常重要.1临床资料与方法1.1一般资料本院1999年1月~2005年6月共行肺叶切除Il24例,其中全肺切除l29例,占总肺叶切除例数的l1.4%(左全肺切除l12例,占9.9%,右全肺切除J7例,占1.5%).均在全麻双腔气管插管下手术,其中男105例,女14例,平均年龄55.1岁(21~74 岁),6O岁以上29例(占22.4%)肺癌占88.7% (114例),非癌性病变l5例(占11.3%).肺癌病例主要是中央型肺癌,病灶累及一侧主支气管及邻近叶支气管或跨叶生长或肺门血管根部受侵,心包内处理肺血管包括部分左房,上腔静脉切除等1R MVV&gt;50%可考虑左全肺切除.如达不到上述标准则需估计健侧余肺功能,余肺FEVI:术前FEV1×(1—5.26×需切除的肺段数),右全肺按1O个段,左全肺胺9个段计算,按该方法计算出余肺FEV&gt;0.8L,则可考虑行患侧肺全肺切除术.此外术前静息状态下和术中单肺纯氧通气或阻断一侧肺动脉情况下测定动脉血气分析亦有助于判定能否耐受全肺切除术,其中二氧化碳分压(PCO)比氧分压更重要,如果PCO:&gt;45mmHg,则无法耐受全肺切除术.术中单侧肺通气(纯氧)时注意监测血氧饱和度及动脉血氧分压,二氧化碳分压的变化,单侧通气半小时以上维持血氧饱和度在98%以上或血气分析显示血氧分压大于350mmHg,而二氧化碳分压在正常范围提示可耐受全肺切除.1_2_3围术期处理术前戒烟l周并锻炼呼吸功能,术前3d起雾化吸入并预防应用抗生素,积极改善术前状态包括控制及稳定血糖,血压,合理有效的术后镇痛但不影响患者咳痰,适当的机械通气并防止纵膈移位及摆动,控制输液的量及速度,6O岁以上或有冠心病史者需扩冠脉治疗,必要时辅以洋地黄治疗,预防应激性溃疡的药物应用.2讨论随着普胸外科手术技术的提高,袖式肺叶切除逐渐取代了全肺切除,但在某些进展期肺癌及部分感染性病例,全肺切除仍是不可替代的手术方式『l】. 由于该术式较多减少呼吸床和血管床而对呼吸循环功能产生较大影响,术后呼吸并发症,肺功能衰竭较其它术式明显增多『2】,因此术前测定肺功能并结合临床综合评价患者的肺功能储备情况尤其重要.术前进行肺功能测定,当FEVI&gt;2.0L,MVV&gt;50%预计值时可耐受右全肺切除,当FEV&gt;l'8L,MVV&gt;50%预计值时可考虑行左全肺切除术.如肺功能低于上述标准,则需预测术后余肺FEV值(predictedpostoperativeFEV1,PPOFEV1),只要PPOFEV1&gt;0.8L或&gt;40%预计值[3-7],一般可耐受手术.PPOFEV.=术前FEV1测量值×(1一预计切除的肺段数×5.26%)计算,其中右全肺按1O个段计算,左全肺按9个段计算,术前已发生的肺叶或全肺不张则按已切除肺段数估计.动脉血气分析特别是PCO分压亦很重要,PCO大于45mmHg或肺心病则禁忌全肺切除[8].此外,一氧化碳弥散能力和运动试验亦有助于判定手术耐受能力.本组按上述标准选择病例行全肺切除,其中有12例左全肺切除FEV1&lt;1.8L,但PPOFEV&gt;O.8L, PCO正常.全组发生呼吸道并发症13例,无呼吸衰竭及其引起的死亡病例,说明虽然目前尚无统一的,准确的临床肺功能评价标准,但只要进行认真的综合评价,积极的术前准备和围术期处理,不但可避免一些患者丧失手术治疗机会,而且可大大降低手术并发症及围术期死亡率.尽管本组病例并发症发生率24.4%(29/119),死亡率(4/119)3.1%,均低于文献报道t21,而且本组死亡原因均为非呼吸系统因素,提示除重视术前评估肺功能耐受性外,还应注意加强围术期监护和处理,防治其它少见并发症.本组17例右全肺切除中有2例分别死于心脏骤停和心脏疝,而ll2例左全肺切除中2例死亡原因与心脏无关,说明因为右肺功能占55%,右全肺切除比左全肺切除术后更易引起血流动力学改变和心功能障碍及心律失常,因此选择右全肺切除时应更慎重【9】.参考文献:…1KLEMPERERJ,G1NSBERGRJ.Morbidityandmortalityofthe62?pneumoneetomy[J].ChestSurgeryClinicNorthAmerica,1999,3 (9):515-523.(下转第65页)第1期王平,等:雷帕霉素联合环孢霉素A在肾移植受者qJ的应用并同时减少单一药物的剂量,降低毒副反应.目前普遍采用"CsA+MMF+Pred"方案.资料显示该组受者术后急性排斥反应发生率仍然较高,达20.9%.研究资料表明,诱导治疗可以改善早期移植物功能,延迟或预防急性排斥反应的发生,并提高移植物长期存活率,然而,同时会增加早期医疗费用,并使严重的细菌,病毒,真菌等感染以及淋巴组织增生性疾病的危险性增高『2J.雷帕霉素(rapamycin,RAPA)又名Sirolin1lls.是Sehgal1975年从吸水性链霉菌(Streptomvces hygroslopicus)发酵液中提取出来的一种大环内酯类抗真菌抗生素『3_,l989年发现它具有强大的免疫抑制作用被用于动物移植模型.KIM等【1报道RAPA 低浓度时即可有效抑制人B细胞分泌IgM和IgG抗体.现已证实,RAPA抑制连接第2信号系统和第3信号系统的丝氨酸一苏氨酸激酶结合位点(man卜maliantargetofrapam3,ein,roTOR).而钙调神经磷酸酶抑制剂环孢霉素A(c),elosporine,CsA)或他克莫司(taerolimus,TRL)抑制第l信号系统,从而抑制T细胞活化.I,n和Ⅲ期临床实验均表明RAPA和CsA,激素联用可以降低急性排斥反应的发生率, Endurance
After an application of DC voltage (in the range of rated DC voltage even after over-lapping the specified ripple current) for 3000 hours at 85°C, capacitors meet the characteristic requirements listed at right. After storing the capacitors under no load at 85°C for 1000 hours, and after performing voltage treatment based on JIS C 5101-4 clause 4.1 at 20°C, they will meet the requirements listed at right.
