企业标准JK/MK05.285-2016 铝电解电容器发布-东芝开利合资公司企业标准铝电解电容器JK/MK05.285-20161范围本标准适用于集团制冷事业本部房间空调器、商用空调器、移动空调、除湿机电子控制器中使用的铝电解电容器(包括固定铝电解电容、高频铝电解电容器及盖板式铝电解电容器,以下简称:电容器)。
本标准发布后取代《05.156-2003固定铝电解电容器1215》、《05.193-2004高频铝电解电容器》、《05.209-2005盖板式固定铝电解电容器》。
原《05.156-2003固定铝电解电容器1215》、《05.193-2004高频铝电解电容器》、《05.209-2005盖板式固定铝电解电容器》作废。
本标准规定了这类电容器的定义、技术要求、检验规则、标志、包装、运输和贮存等。

直流漏电流的测量原理如下:
A、放电 该测量开始前,电容器应进行充分放电。放电过程持续1h到24h。
B、漏电流的测量应额定温度和额定电压(UR)。经过最大30min充电时间后达到95%充电电 压,充电时间从30min(≤1F),1h(≥1F),2h(≥10F),4h(≥20F),72h(≥120F) 中选择。 C、应使用稳定的电源如直流稳压电源。 D、 通过1000Ω以下的保护电阻给电容器施加电压。 E、设备:电阻 万用表 (9)自放电 A、测量方法(参见图6)
