总结过去分析现状长善救失再创佳绩
一.一轮复习必须依纲扣本,根据学情确定正确、科学的标杆,突出对基础知识的完善、巩固,提高学生综合运用能力。
狠抓学生对考纲规定的词汇、句型的掌握和运用;对语法知识的基本理解与运用;突出对各类阅读理解和写作的综合训练。
二、高考作文不但要求书写规范,卷面美观,更重要的是语言表达要规范、通顺、流畅、达意。
就是说,内容比书写更重要。
所以,在教学中,不要天天叫所有学生花费很多时间在书写上面,书写基本过关的学生就可以免练,从而可以节省大量宝贵时间,进行其他重要的训练。
语言表达要规范、合乎英语语言习惯。
此外,也不必要过分追求实用较高等级词汇和结构,流畅、规范、达意、要点齐全就好。
三.2016年英语备考工作,特别是要研考纲、打基础、抓关键、实现精细化备考。
例如,在复习高考词汇方面,首先把初中的基础高考词汇复习巩固过关。
高中词汇分类复习过关。
分为:以课本为主线的词汇复习过关、以考纲字母表为主线的复习过关、以考题分类的词汇复习过关、以新课标不同要求分类的词汇(一、二、三级词汇)复习过关。
四、关于高三备考
1.对于高三,“学课标、研考纲、读考题”不可掉以轻心。
“方向比努力更重要”.把其精神贯穿常规教学各环节,避免走弯路,事倍功半。
要谋划好三轮复习计划和策略,把三轮复习有机结合好。
第一轮复习一定要降低标杆,狠抓基础知识的复习、巩固、完善,使学生具备必备的基本能力和综合能力,为二轮、三轮复习打下坚实的基础。
可以说学业成败在基础年级,高考成败在第一轮复习。
要正确处理好基础知识的复习与作业量及考试频度的关系,特别B、C类学校。
2、在当前各学科备考气氛下,我们应该坚持加强:
①读书、背书、听写和背默;
②词汇记忆及运用;
③系统了解主要语法及运用(但不可成为研究语法,语法训练成山);
④语境下的训练(欣赏性阅读和应试性阅读、完形填空和改错);
⑤良好的习惯和答题的规范。
3、各教学环节要做到精细化管理,不可粗狂。
①分层教学工作精细化。
主要是优生补弱工作,这是搞好学科有效教学,实现学生学业的均衡发展、各层面临界生的提升的有效途径;
②课堂教学精细化,要讲究课堂教学的有效性,高效性,切不可走马观花,花里胡哨。
但也要讲究课堂教学的灵活性、艺术性。
管理好每节课堂;
③练习作业的精细化,提高作业的有效性(练习的编选、练习的分级布置、课内课外)。
作业不可不分层次,盲目布置,好学生和差学生一样档次一样多的作业,只能造成不少学生应付的现象。
有形练习和无形练习(如:读书背书),如何把无形练习变成有形的东西。
④关注学生情商的培养,“情商比智商更重要”。
1、挖掘学生非智力因素;
2、及时解决学生心理问题;
3、和学生保持一种和谐的关系。
这不仅是班主任的事情。
⑤不断反思我们的教学,及时调整我们的方案。
五、关于高一、高二基础年级教学工作
1、做好初高中的有效衔接:
①心理衔接(理想、信心),正确度过“断奶期”;
②知识内容的衔接(音标与拼写、句子成分、时态语态,从句等),低起点,缓速度;
③教法学法、习惯、规范的衔接,特别要强化自学能力的培养。
2、适当降低基础年级教学难度,强调“扎扎实实抓基础,实实在在求实效”,正确处理课本(读书)与练习、考试的关系。
3、理性深化新课改。
在课堂教学和教学评价方面体现
新课改精神和要求,不可漂浮在表面上。
高中课改主要体现:学生的自主学习、全面发展和个性发展。
切记:课堂上课改要体现,教学上质量要上去;切忌:课改玩花样,好看不好吃。
要关注课改背景下的新高考试题结构。
切记:课改精神要正确体现,教学质量要上新台阶;
切忌:把高中课堂搞成走马观花、花里胡哨的课堂,课改仅浮在表面上形式上。
4、培优补差,主要应从基础年级做好优生的差科的弥补工作,越早越好,这是搞好学科有效教学,实现学生学业的均衡发展、各层面临界生的提升的有效途径。
总之,英语教学应落实“四突出”和“四加强”,即:突出基础、突出实践、突出实效,突出落实;加强预习(培养自学能力,任务要具体,目标要明确)、加强词汇掌握和运用(词汇是语言能力发展的最重要因素,也是阅读最大的障碍。
语境中学习词汇,根据遗忘规律,及时集中和分散重现,培猜词能力)、加强读背、诵、默、悟(现在读书背书被弱化了,英语素养不是靠多做练习就会实现的)、加强课堂教学的有效性(避免浪费学生时间)。
要时刻记住:(得当的)措施+(精细的)过程+(强力的)落实=成功。
过程+细节+落实=奇迹”。
