氨氯地平联合二甲双胍治疗肥胖型高血压的效果分析

【摘要】目的：研究分析二甲双胍和氨氯地平同时应用于肥胖型高血压的有效性。

方法：抽选在本院接受治疗的86例肥胖型高血压患者，按照随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组。

单纯氨氯地平治疗应用于对照组，二甲双胍联合氨氯地平应用于观察组。

经过相同的治疗周期后，对比临床疗效。

结果：经过3个周期的治疗后，
观察组与对照组舒张压（DBP）、收缩压（SBP）均有所下降，观察组舒张压、收缩压下降程度明显大于对照组（P<0.05）。

对照组治疗前后甘油三酯（TG）、总胆固醇（TC）比较，差异均无统计学意义（P>0.05）。

观察组治疗前后TG、TC
比较，差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）。

观察组有效率为81.58%，对照组为71.05%，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。

结论：二甲双胍联合氨氯地平用药方案较单纯氨氯地平治疗肥胖型高血压效果好。

%Objective:To study the effect of Amlodipine combined with Metformin in the treatment of obesity-related hypertension.Method:A total of 86 cases of obesity-related hypertension patients treated in our hospital were selected,they were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, 38 cases in each group.Simple Amlodipine treatment applied to the control
group,Metformin combined with Amlodipine used in the observation group.After the treatment of the same cycle,the clinical curative effects of two groups were compared.Result:After three cycles of therapy,the
observation group and the control group of diastolic blood
pressure(DBP),systolic blood pressure (SBP) were decreased,diastolic blood pressure,systolic blood pressure drop degree of the observation group were obviously greater than those of the control group(P<0.05).The control group before and after treatment in triglyceride(TG),total cholesterol(TC) had no significant changes in blood lipids
index(P>0.05),TG,TC differences between the observation group before and after treatment were obviously(P<0.05). Comprehensive contrast treatment effect of the observation group effective rate was 81.58%,the control group effective rate was 71.05%, there was significant
difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compared with simply using Amlodipine,Metformin combined with Amlodipine for the treatment of obesity-related hypertension has a good effect.
