一.教学目标
1.知识与技能
(1)让学生掌握所学新单词以及新短语
(2)帮助学生学会邀请他人,同时知道如何拒绝和接受邀请。

2.情感态度与价值观
在日常生活中应教会学生要积极主动地,有礼貌地同他人交流,这不仅锻炼了学生的社会交往能力,而且有助于交到新朋友。

毕竟,朋友对于我们来说很重要。

二.教学重点
(1)本单元所学习的重点词汇和句型
(2)在日常生活中学会邀请,接受和拒绝他人。

三.教学难点
(1)让学生运用本章节所学的英语句型流利地与人交流。

(2)背诵新单词和短语。

五.教学过程
Step1 Greeting
Greet with students
Step2 Lead in
Show students some pictures and let them guess what kind of
parties they are in the pictures. Then guess which party will I
have. After that, ask students “Can you come to my party?”
and lead to Unit9 Can you come to my party?
Step3 Presentation
1.Ask students whether they can come to my party. They may
say yes or no. Then tell them if they can go they should say
“Yes, I’d love to ”or “Yes, I’d like to”. Oppositely, they can
say “No, I can’t, I have to......” . Write the sentence on the
blackboard.
Show students some pictures about the phrases in 1a, and exercise with these phrases.
Step4 Pair work
1.Let students according to the sentences we have learned
just now, make invitations with their partners and answer .
2.Show their dialogue to all the students.
Step5 Listening 1b
Look at 1b, listen and write the names of Tim, Kay, Anna and
Wilson next to the correct students in the pictures.
Step6 Listening 2a&2b
1.We have know how to say can or can’t. Now, let’s look at 2a.
listen to another video. There are four pictures in 2a. these
people are all inviting their friends to their party, let’s listen
whether they can go and circle them.
2.Listen again, write in the box of “Who can’t go to the party?”
Why?
Step7 Group work
One students ask his partner to have fun with him, and his
partner accept or refuse. If refuse, tell him the reason.
Step8 Role-play the conversation
1.Read the conversation according to the video.
2.Exercise with students in roles.
Step9 Summary
Make a brief summary of what I have told students in this class.
Step10 Homework
1.Plan your weekend.
2.Invite your friends to enjoy this weekend.
