老年护理教学计划
XXX的《老年护理学》教学计划旨在研究、诊断和处理老年人的健康问题，提高老年人的生活质量。

知识教学目标方面，旨在掌握老化的概念和老年人的年龄划分标准、老年人健康保健的基本原则、任务和策略、老年人的心理变化特征以及国内外老年护理的发展现状。

能力培养目标方面，旨在通过实践课程的研究，使学生能对老年人常见健康问题进行评估和护理，应用护理程序为老年期常见疾病病人提供整体护理，并培养学生的自主研究能力、合作探究能力及表达交流能力。

本课程的教学重点包括老年保健、老年人日常生活及常见问题的护理、老年期其他常见问题（跌倒、压疮、长期卧床等）的护理、老年期常见心理问题、精神障碍的护理。

教学难点在于老年人的健康评估、各系统的老年性变化、老年人安全用药的特点。

最后，本课程需要针对学生情况进行分析，制定不同的教学策略和方法，以便更好地实现教学目标。
