【摘要】目的：调查2002～2013年中山市东区中山籍鼻咽癌发病和死亡率。

方
法通过中山市内肿瘤登记处、三甲医院、东区公安分局收集2002～2013年东区
全部中山籍鼻咽癌名单和中山籍居民资料统计分析，并与其他地区比较。

结果2002～2013年东区中山籍男、女性鼻咽癌粗发病率分别是44.66/105和
25.30/105，粗死亡率分别是17.21/105和9.12/105；12年间，东区中山籍男、女性鼻咽癌每年粗发病率分别在36.75/105～48.06/105和20.33/105～
30.70/105之间波动，粗死亡率分别是12.25/105～21.66/105和4.86/105～12.05/105之间波动。

结论中山籍居民既是目前全世界鼻咽癌发病率最高的人种，也是死亡率最高的人种之一；鼻咽癌死亡率下降不代表鼻咽癌发病率下
降。

%Objective Give a survey of NPC morbidity from 2002 to 2013 in ZhongShan native people who live in east district. Method Gather and analyse the statistics of NPC cases in east district of ZhongShan native people between 2002 to 2013 from cancer registry , tertiary hospital and East District Public Security Bureau, and compared with other regions. Result The NPC morbidity in male is 44.66/105 in ZhongShan native people who live in east district , while it is 25.30/105 in female. The NPC mortality in male is 17.21/105 in ZhongShan native people who live in east district, while it is 9.12/105 in female.The NPC morbidity in male and
female varies from 36.75/105 to 48.06/105 and 20.33/105 to 30.70/105 in 12 years. The NPC mortality in male and female varies from 12.25/105 to 21.66/105 and 4.86/105 to 12.05/105 in 12 years. Conclusion Zhongshan household registers are as currently the highest incidence of nasopharyngeal carcinoma, also as one of the highest mortality in the world. NPC mortality decline does not represent a decline in NPC morbidity.
