客户逾期付款催告告知函gai

尊敬的客户*****：您于2014年11月7日和我司签订了购买*******房屋的《商品房买卖合同》（以下简称“合同”），首付款已按合同约定支付我司，剩余款项按照合同约定应在2015年1月28日到达我司账户，但至今我司未收到剩余款项。

根据合同补充协议中第四条对付款方式及期限的约定，乙方必须在收到银行不予办理贷款通知之日或者甲方书面通知乙方贷款未按时足额到达甲方指定账户之日起七日内一次性付清全部房贷或在征得甲方同意的情况下申请变更付款方式，否则自七日期满之次日起视为乙方逾期付款，甲方有权依法追究乙方的违约责任。

现我司通知您在此函发出之日起七日内将剩余款项一次性支付至我司账户（开户行：账户：），如您逾期仍未能全额支付剩余款项，我司将依据合同追究违约责任。
