【摘要】Objective To analysis the effect of probiotics applied to inflammatory bowel disease.Methods Selected from April 2012 to April 2015 in 52 cases of inflammatory bowel disease patients in our hospital,al patients were divided into a control group and the observation group,26 cases in each group, the control group were treated with sulfasalazine treatment,observation patients in the control group on the basis of combined probiotic therapy, clinical comparative effectiveness were observed in the case.Results Clinical observation group were significantly higher efficiency than the control group,the difference was statisticaly significant(P< 0.05).Conclusion Probiotics applied to the treatment of patients with inflammatory bowel disease can significantly improve clinical outcomes,aleviate clinical symptoms.%目的：研究分析益生菌应用于炎症性肠病的作用效果。

方法选取2012年4月～2015年4月在我院收治的52例炎症性肠病患者，所有患者平均分为对照组和观察组，每组26例，对照组患者采用柳氮磺胺吡啶治疗，观察组患者在对照组基础上联合益生菌治疗，对比观察两组患者的临床治疗有效率情况。

结果观察组患者的临床治疗有效率比对照组高，差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。

结论益生菌应用于炎症性肠病患者的治疗中能够提高临床治疗效果，缓解患者临床症状。
