【摘要】目的：探讨复方骨肽注射液对开放性胫骨骨折外固定架术后的临床疗效
及预后效果。

方法选择某院收治的开放性胫骨骨折患者70例，随机分为试验组和对照组，各35例。

两组患者均经清创后行外固定架固定治疗，试验组患者术后给予复方骨肽注射液，对照组患者术后给予骨折挫伤胶囊。

根据骨折愈合时间、疼痛改善等判断两组患者的疗效及预后情况。

结果试验组骨折愈合总有效率为94.29％，显著高于对照组的74.29％（ P<0.05）；试验组疼痛症状改善总有效率为
97.14％，显著高于对照组的85.71％（ P<0.05）；治疗后，试验组疼痛视觉模
拟评分法（VAS）评分和骨折愈合时间分别为（2.16±0.83）分和（3.01±1.12）
个月，与对照组的（4.23±1.02）分和（5.17±1.62）个月比较，差异均有统计学
意义（ P<0.05）。

结论复方骨肽注射液对开放性胫骨骨折外固定架术后的疗效确切，能显著改善患者疼痛症状及预后，值得临床推广。

%Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy and Prognosis of ComPound Bone PePtide Injection for Patients with oPen tibia fracture cases fixed with external fixation. Methods 70 Patients with oPen tibia fracture cases fixed with external fixation were selected and randomly divided into two grouPs,35 cases in each grouP. Debridement and external fixation were used for the two grouPs. The ex-Perimental grouP was given ComPound Bone PePtide Injection after oPeration,while the control grouP was given Fracture
Contusion CaP-sules. The fracture healing time and Pain relief were evaluated to comPare the efficacy of Prognosis between the two grouPs. Results The effective rate of fracture healing in the exPerimental was 94. 29%,which was significantly higher than 74. 29% in the control grouP( P < 0. 05);the effective rate of Pain relief in the exPerimental grouP was 97. 14%,which was significantly higher than 85. 71%in the control grouP( P < 0.

17 ± 1. 62)months of the control grouP( P < 0. 05). Conclusion ComPound Bone PePtide Injection is an effective method in treating oPen tibia fracture Patients fixed with external fixation,and can significantly imProve the Patients′ Pain symPtoms,which is worthy of clinical Promotion.
