随着教育行业的不断发展，提升教师的教学能力显得尤为重要。

为此，我们计划举办一场别开生面的教学能力大赛，以激励教师们不断进步、创新。

以下是本次大赛的具体计划：

一、大赛主题：以学生为中心的教学创新

二、参赛对象：全市范围内热爱教学、具有创新精神的教师
2.Participants: Teachers in the city who are passionate about teaching and have innovative spirit
三、比赛时间：2022年9月1日至2022年9月30日

四、比赛形式：线上与线下相结合的方式
