3. Better job offer: Sometimes, we may receive a better job offer that aligns with our career goals and offers better compensation and benefits.
4. Personal reasons: Personal reasons such as health issues, family obligations, or a need for work-life balance can also lead to resignation.
5. Conflict with management: If we have a conflict with our manager that cannot be resolved, it may be best to resign and find a better work environment.
In my case, I decided to resign from my previous job due to a lack of growth opportunities. I felt that I had reached a plateau in my career and was not being challenged enough in my role.
