【摘要】Though Cambodia is backward in economy, its institutions and policies in foreign trade and economy are widely open. In foreign trade, it practices low tariffs and few governmental restrictions and in the employment of foreign investments, all industries are open to foreign investments and the flow of capital and the exchange of foreign currencies are relatively free. Recently, the stability of its internal political situation and its entry into the WTO and ASEAN provides it with a good opportunity to develop its economy and so do its institutions and policies.
