血清AFP、CA199、CA50水平与原发性肝癌关系探讨

【摘要】Objective To discuss the correlation between the levels of tumor marker alpha - fetal protein(AFP) ,carbohydrate atigen 199 (CA199 ) and carbohydrate atigen 50 (CA50 ) and primary hepatic carcinoma. Methods Chemiluminescent immunoassay was used to detect the expression levels of AFP,CA199,and CA50 in the peripheral blood of 105 patients with primary hepatic carcinoma and 93 ones with other digestive tract tumors in our hospital. Results The expression levels of AFP,CA199 and CA50 in the peripheral blood of patients with primary hepatic carcinoma were significantly higher than those of the patients with other digestive tract tumors (P<0.01). According to the combined detection of expression levels of AFP, CA199, and CA50 in patients with primary hepatic carcinoma,the levels of AFP and CA50 increased at the same time in 105 cases that accounted for 100% , which indicated that the changes in the expression levels of AFP and CA50 were significant positive correlation. Conclusion Combined detection of AFP and CA50 levels has a significant reference value in the diagnosis of primary hepatic carcinoma.%目的探讨血清AFP、CA199及CA50水平与原发性肝癌的关系.方法应用化学发光免疫法,检测我院收治的原发性肝癌(105例)及其他消化道肿瘤患者(93例)外周血中AFP、CA199及
CA50的表达水平.结果原发性肝癌患者外周血中AFP、CA199及CA50的表达水平明显高于其他消化道肿瘤患者(P＜0.01)；对原发性肝癌患者外周血中AFP和CA199、CA50的表达水平进行联合检测,105例AFP升高的同时伴有CA50的升高,占总例数100％.提示两者的表达水平变化有明显的正相关性.结论联合检测AFP和CA50水平,对原发性肝癌的临床诊断有更大的参考价值.
