The grammar focus in this unit is on present simple sentences and questions. Students will practice using the verb "to be" and personal pronouns in sentences like "I am a student" and "He is my friend."
Activities in this unit include role-playing greetings and introductions, asking and answering questions about personal information, and filling in the blanks in dialogues. The unit also includes a song to practice greetings and introductions.
By the end of this unit, students should be able to greet others politely, introduce themselves and others, ask and answer simple questions about personal information, and have
