【摘要】Objective To shudy the clinical features of Casfieman' disease (CD) and overview. Methods Clinical features and related informations of Castleman' disease and treatment of 15 case of CD were retrospective analyzed, who had been admitted to the hospital, they all met criteria for Castleman' disease. Results 15 cases were confirmed pathologically, 2 cases were hyaline vascular type, 12 case was plasma cell type and 2 ease was mixed type.The clinical manifestations were different and specific in the case, the final diagnosis depended on histopathology examination. 8 patients were treated with glucocorticoids or combined chemotherapy, and all chemotherapy. Conelnsion The clinical features of CD are multifarious and nonspecific, and diagnosis is exclusively depended on histopathology. Local CD has a good prognosis after surgery, while multiple CD often peofiy responds to prednisone, and the combined chemotherapy included rituximab may be a proper treatment.%目的探讨Castleman病的临床特点.方法回顾分析15例Castleman病患者的临床特点及治疗效果.结果 15例患者病理分型提示透明血管型2例,浆细胞型12例,混合型1例.15例患者临床表现多样,缺乏特异性,确诊依赖于组织病理学检查,予以糖皮质激素或者化疗,病情均有缓解.结论 Castleman病患者临床表现具有异质性,诊断主要
依靠病理.单中心型患者手术治疗的疗效和预后较好,多中心型患者激素治疗效果欠佳,含有利妥昔单抗的联合化疗方案是一种有效的治疗手段.
