【摘要】目的:调查郑州市区3~6岁儿童乳牙患龋率和软垢状况以及相互关系,为本地区儿童的龋病预防工作提供依据. 方法:依据整群抽样法,选取郑州市区16家幼儿园共4 024名儿童进行患龋率和软垢情况调查,并进行统计分析. 结果:郑州市
3~6岁儿童患龋率60. 36%,dmft值2. 74,不同年龄间的患龋率、dmft值和简化软垢指数均有显著差异(P<0. 05). 患龋率和口腔软垢情况无相关关系. 结论:郑州市3~6岁儿童的患龋率处于较高的水平,应加强该地区乳牙龋病的宣传和预防工作.%AIM:To investigate the prevalence of deciduous teeth caries and oral hygiene status of preschool children in the downtown area of Zhengzhou city, Henan Province, China. METHODS:4024 children aged 3-6 years of 16 kindergartens in Zhengzhou city were randomly selected for the study. The prevalence of dental caries and oral hy-giene status were investigated according to World Health Organization criteria and were evaluated by variance analysis, t-test and chi-squaretest. RESULTS:The prevalence of dental caries and the mean decayed, missing and filled teeth (dmft) values in primary teeth were 60. 36% and 2. 74 respectively. Dental caries prevalence, mean dmft values, and mean debris index simplified ( DI-S) scores were significantly different between age groups. There was no correlation between the prevalence of dental caries and oral hygiene
status. CONCLUSION: The prevalence of dental caries in 3-6 year-old children in downtown area of Zhengzhou city is high, indicating that precaution measures against decid-uous teeth caries should be intensified.【总页数】3页(P558-560)
