主料:牛腩500克、牛筒子骨500克、全蛋面、大蒜、香菜各适量。

配料:八角1个、花椒10粒、草果1个、苹果半个、白萝小半个、葱姜适量。

调料:料酒、盐、鸡精各适量。

做法
1、将牛腩(不用切,大块下锅)与牛筒子骨焯水(冷水入锅后洗净)。

苹果与萝卜切片;
2、炖锅内重新放水,放入牛腩与牛筒子骨,大火烧开后撇尽浮沫,。

红烧牛腩面

1.牛腩洗净
2.水里加花椒和料酒,淖去牛腩血水
3.洗净备用
4.热油爆香姜片
5.倒入牛腩翻炒
6.加入生抽,老抽,热水,大火煮开炖到肉烂.(转高压锅30分钟,这样可节省时间)
7.加入番茄酱和胡萝卜丁,调入盐和干贝素,盖锅盖,小火炖至胡萝卜熟透
8.另外层锅下面条煮熟,捞起面条放入碗中,把牛腩汤和牛腩胡萝卜放在面条上,洒葱花
红烧牛腩面二
材料
主料:牛腩(腰窝)300克,面条(标准粉)250克,
辅料:小白菜70克,酸白菜5克,
调料:大葱5克
做法
1.将牛腩切成块,先用滚水氽烫后洗净备用。

2.将红烧汤底和牛腩块一起放入快锅中,炖煮约40分钟即可。

3.另将面条烫熟装碗,加入做法2中炖好的汤头与料,再加入氽烫过的小白菜、葱花与酸菜即可。
