清炖牛腩的做法流程1. 原材料备好2. 牛腱清洗后切割成2-3cm公分一小块,添加冷水未过牛腱表层,随后放进花椒粒,侵泡30分钟捞起来(除去腥味儿)。

9. 加入生抽酱油、酱油、老红糖,添加冷水,煮沸后放盐试味。
10. 随后移到电高压锅髙压20分钟。
11. 排气管后放进红萝卜、土豆块。
12. 再髙压10分钟就可以。
小提示1、炮制牛腱的全过程中,边炒边淋入米酒,不但能除腥,也可以提升香味。
2、炖牛腩时放点茯苓可增香,牛羊肉也较为非常容易煮烂。
3、做红烧牛腩时要多一点料汁,过夜吃味儿更强。
4、能够把压力锅炖好的牛腱放进砂锅里,随后再放进马铃薯和红萝卜,温火炖制味儿更强。
5、调料可依据自身的口感来配制。

红烧牛腩面

4.热油爆香姜片
5.倒入牛腩翻炒
6.加入生抽,老抽,热水,大火煮开炖到肉烂.(转高压锅30分钟,这样可节省时间)
7.加入番茄酱和胡萝卜丁,调入盐和干贝素,盖锅盖,小火炖至胡萝卜熟透
8.另外层锅下面条煮熟,捞起面条放入碗中,把牛腩汤和牛腩胡萝卜放在面条上,洒葱花

材料
主料:牛腩(腰窝)300克,面条(标准粉)250克,
辅料:小白菜70克,酸白菜5克,
调料:大葱5克
做法
1.将牛腩切成块,先用滚水氽烫后洗净备用。
2.将红烧汤底和牛腩块一起放入快锅中,炖煮约40分钟即可。
3.另将面条烫熟装碗,加入做法2中炖好的汤头与料,再加入氽烫过的小白菜、葱花与酸菜即可。
